During this visit, extensive testing, including x rays with many questions resulted in a surprising diagnosis. It was determined by Dr. Hall that my problem was possibly muscular and not dental. I was advised to take muscle relaxing medication, with warm compresses and within one weekend my pain was gone. Dr. Hall could have just performed the root canal which would have benefited him more financially than the much less office visit I was charged. I highly recommend Dr. Hall and his staff for dental treatment that is competent, caring and very thorough.

They had an appointment available within 2 weeks. They staff was friendly and the place was clean. Note: they have multiple locations. The location I was seen at the first time was not the location for the 2nd appointment. I showed up in Hagerstown for the 2nd appointment when I should have been in Frederick. So I was late when I arrived in Frederick but they still fit me in and acted like it was no big deal that I messed up they schedule. Generally, after the root canal is finalized they send the patient back to their dentist to repair the crown. But due to a recent move from another state I no longer have a dentist. So they repaired the crown at no additional cost. I highly recommend this place.
