Danny is the consummate professional and really cares about meeting the client's needs. Changes requested after work had begun were quickly accommodated and completed to perfection. The price is very reasonable and the quote provided is what we paid, with only extras being for minor out of scope repairs. Can't say enough good things about AA and definitely recommend them for your landscape needs.

Let me start by saying I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, and if we had received a resolution, I…read morewould not be here. We hired AA Landscape and Fence to install a Horizontal cedar and steel fence. After our fence was installed, I paid Danny (the owner) in total; however, right after his departure, I realized that the steel gate needed to be installed according to what we had agreed. We had communicated that we wanted a back steel gate, and Danny brought a stainless steel material that we had welded sloppily to the black steel frame. Upon his departure, I called and sent him a picture. Danny said he would be back that Friday to finish the job. However, he did not come. I called again, and he said he would return on Monday but did not show up again. On Tuesday, we got some rain, and the ground shifted. Because Danny did not install the gate properly with a gap to allow for the shifting of the clay soil, the gate no longer functions (see video). I called Danny every day for about two weeks, and the call just went to voicemail every time. Furthermore, while working with Danny and his son, we ran into other issues that I will not elaborate on. However, they were not forthright nor sincere in handling those problems. Having worked with many contractors and undertaken numerous renovations, I have never encountered such unresponsiveness and irresponsibility. I believe in paying for professional service, and I am disappointed that this was not the case with AA Landscape and Fence. I would gladly pay more for a service provider who handles their business professionally and responsibly.

All they did was straighten the track and bend stuff around for over 200.00.

He came out himself on a Sunday night, leaving an activity at his church, to come to my rescue. I was locked out of my daughter's house in Waxahachie and desperately needed to get in and take care of her boxer pup while she was out of town with work. Matt was the nicest, most professional, personable, and kindest human I could have asked for to help me. His rate was more than fair, especially given it was a Sunday night. I'm sure there are others who would have taken advantage of it being a weekend and (over) charged accordingly. I am truly appreciative of his service and will certainly call him should, God forbid, I find myself in a "lockout" situation again! Thank you, Matt. You're definitely one of the Good Guys!

James Cryer with A Quick Key made what was a complete abhorrent week into an amazing and fulfilling day!! Why do I say this ... well lets make a long story into a paragraph or less lol. During a flight to Phoenix then LA I realized only after returning to my car in Dallas, I HAD NO KEYS!!!! Waited week to to hear back from every place I had been, only to come up empty handed. Contacted Lexus for FOB and programming for my RX350 and was informed it would be $800 ($725 for FOB and $75 to program) Oh and also thank you LEXUS for kindly stating it is waste to purchase ANY ONLINE FOBS as 99.9% of them do not work and I would be charged the fee of $75 anyway, should this be the case when I bring it in. SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS AUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!! Now the amazing man who speaks the truth and only the truth so help me god!! The one and only James of A Quick Key............lol. Called to explain my situation and was reassured ANY ONLINE FOB THAT IS OEM has never NOT worked for him!! Bought one for $130 and James was especially kind enough to go out of his was for just a small gas fee and meet me all the way at the DFW airport. Mind you, I was late and James still greeted me with a smile and explained what he was going to do. Within 15 - 20 minutes I hear what is music to my ears!! WHHHATTTT!!!YESSSSSSS!!! My baby is back on the road for $130 plus and EXTREMELY SENSIBLE FEE from James. Guys to go anywhere else is ridiculous. I have experienced the exuberant fees locksmiths can charge because most of the time you have no choice. I can say from experience....Wether you have a choice or not ....A Quick Key is the way to go.
