Ms. Gail Jasper, It is One thing to be Lied to about the value of your trade in; But it's a Whole different category Of lying when a sales Manager, " Mr. Sam" Calls you by phone personally to tell you a car has been sold Just so you don't attempt to buy it. And Obviously that's why he did it. I Came into the dealership with the intent to purchase the " Used " 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse which was listed at $68,995 being told it did not lose any value; Yet Mr. Ed appraised my 2024 Ford Mustang GT Premium that cost $60,200 dollars brand new a couple months ago Is Now Only Worth $35,000 dollars. That's almost Half Of what the Car Cost which is Absurd for them to say. Next thing I notice is the Used Dark horse Listed on Cars. Com and Koons Ford Falls Church VA. for $64,995 a day later. I Called Several times to make an attempt to buy the car again with my trade and Mr. Sam the manager and Ed the Used car manager put me on hold and left me there. I called several more times only to have the same thing happen again. an Hour Later, Mr. Sam Calls me and tells me the Car had been Sold which was then and still today, " A Lie " a Very unprofessional and unethical lie to tell as a sales manager. Then they hurried up and changed the price of the car Back to $68,995 All Because I wanted to buy the car at the Decreased price of $64,995. That is the True definition Of Poor, Unethical, and Unprofessional Customer Relations and it made Absolutely No Sense for them to treat me that way Over a USED CAR, A " Used Car " when Koons Ford is Supposed to be and Allegedly the Biggest Selling Ford dealer in the Country; Yet Koons Ford of Falls Church Virginia treated me when total dishonesty and disrespect Over a Used Car. a Used Car!! Why would a sales Manager feel So comfortable enough to call a customer and lie like that. And the Car is Still Sitting On that Lot Because Of the Lies told at Koons Ford Of Fall Church Virginia. Very Sad !!!!
What's even sadder is the fact I test drove the car with the salesmen I believe his name is Vernon, Sat as his desk, and was ready to purchase Until they decided to tell me my car was only Worth almost Half of what I paid for it. I Could not believe it. a " Ford " automobile I paid a little Over $60,000 dollars for Yet they are attempting to sell a Used car for More then what it Cost new per the MSRP.
And it's STILL Sitting On the Lot at Koons Ford Of Falls Church Virginia all because Of Stupid Lies. a Used Car Meant that Much to that Dealership. Unbelievable !!! read more
