While they see so many patients here, the experience for my child feels impersonal for this reason. We always wait for hours, between the waiting room then in the actual room.. not to mention the rooms are FAR from baby safe, outlets open & wires hanging out, no baby locks on the cabinets with sharp medical supplies inside. Now that the office is busier, I often can not get the kids in when they are sick -just sent to urgent care or Er ( I wasnt trying to pay high deductible and co insurance for these places). If we arebt sent to urgent/er for non emergency issues, then the wait for an appointment is usually 3 days or more. Routine physicals are at least a month wait ( make appointment in advance and keep it)! Receptionist needs more training on triage.
