We had to try this place after seeing pictures of the little donuts! They're made fresh to order, worth the little wait. You can get half a dozen or a dozen and choose the glaze, toppings. We had the vanilla glaze and paired the donuts with the lattes. They're perfectly fried, with just the right amount of sweet. Would come back when in the area! Happy eating! read more

Tasty small donuts and Italian soda. I had the Samoa and chunky monkey donuts. Really good and a good size, a little bigger than donut holes. You can choose pre-made flavors or build your own by choosing a frosting, toppings and/or drizzle on top. For beverages, they also have hot chocolate, iced tea, Chai tea, and coffee. Order at the walk-up window or drive thru. read more

We came and visited and we are super glad we did. They not only have a super cute store (walk up) but the best mini doughnuts made fresh. The staff were super nice and we got 6 chocolate sprinkles and 6 pink sugar. These were so good. A "have to stop" when at Ocean Shores. Great service, wonderful donuts, and delicious strong coffee. Had to see what the hype was about as the line can be super long here. We finally made it on a morning where less tourists were there. Decided on a dozen of the cream cheese cinnamon sugar donuts & Oreo cream donuts. They were warm crisp on the outside and so soft and fluffy in the inside. My favorites were the cinnamon sugar ones as they taste like churros! Ordered an americano (thank you that it has 4 shots! Strong so beware.) we will be back because the staff are friendly and the line is worth the wait! read more

Came out here for my birthday weekend and the one thing I wanted was these donuts and they aren't open during their posted time.

The mini donuts are so soft and yummy! The staff (I am so sorry I will remember your names) a lady who looks like the owner and a nice young gentleman were working. I talked to them for a bit and I just moved here. I come for the coffee on Friday mornings before work and they always make it so well! It's nice and hot! Thank you! read more

This is a must try gem in Ocean Shores located conveniently near the beach. Kookamunga's dozen donuts are just about $8 and you get 2 flavors. We went with powdered Donuts and added a raspberry drizzle and the raspberry sugar coated donuts were a must. We can't have enough raspberry and these two options were so good! The raspberry sugar mix is homemade and such a good spin on your classic sugar donut. Gives it that extra kick you know a sugar donut needs and who doesn't love raspberry anything?! These mini donuts are dense and delicious just like a mini donut should be. I loved the powder donuts and the extra drizzle is so simple yet mind blowing. Never before had I had anything drizzled on simple powder donuts and the raspberry was a perfect sweetness to a classic. They did warn us that a drizzle on powder would slip off but they made it work so good! read more

THE BEST MINI DONUTS are here! I see why this place has such good reviews. So many flavors to choose from and so many options. it's 2 flavors per dozen which is a little hard because to try more flavors you have to buy more donuts. I would pay a little extra to get more flavors in a dozen. Let's talk about each flavor. So we got 4 flavors, blackberry cheesecake, jelly belly, samosas and lemon bar. The blackberry cheesecake is good but there wasn't. strong flavor in there. I wish the cheesecake flavor was more distinctive. The jelly belly was good as well. Powder donut with jelly filling. Very good not my favorite but worth a try. The lemon bar was very lemoney and very sweet. A little too sweet. My favorite was definitely the samosas. They weren't too sweet and tasted just like a samosa girl scout cookie. I am not usually a chocolate person but these are definitely my favorite. I will definitely be back and try other flavors. Everyone was really nice and strong coffee is here as well read more

Kookamunga's was one of our favorite finds during our weekend stay in Ocean Shores. We got lucky and stopped by during their last day of the season before they closed until the spring. With so many different flavors to choose from, my husband and I finally decided on blackberry cheesecake & s'mores. The doughnuts were so good! Crisp on the outside with a soft bite inside, each doughnut was a perfect pillow of happiness. I loved the s'mores flavor - can't beat the oozy marshmallow & chocolatey goodness! Even more than the flavor, we were blown away by the local charm and friendliness of the staff there. In the spirit of the holidays, they ended up giving us the doughnuts for free! We appreciated the sweet gesture given the times, and definitely will be back when they reopen next year. read more

This place was interesting. The people inside were friendly. Very smiley. They're closed Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Their open hours aren't horrible. 7am to 2pm. You can order a dozen in two flavors. The donuts come in an assortment of flavors. I ordered blackberry cheesecake and s'mores. Good gawd those s'mores donuts were nasty! The chocolate tasted old. Had to throw them out after eating one. The blackberry donuts were decent enough to finish. The dough tasted weird. I ordered a 20oz chai tea. The whole milk made it thick, but there wasn't much flavor. Wasn't horrible, but I didn't bother to finish it either. Maybe don't waste your time coming here. read more

Very good mini donuts. Had to wait for them to be cooked, but they were fresh & worth it. Lemon flavor super good. A bit pricey also.

Stopped in on our way our of Ocean Shores. Cute little coffee hut. Donuts are glazed to order. Service was polite and friendly. Didn't care for the donuts and the coffee wasn't that great but the kids liked the donuts. I'd probably visit this business again for my kids. Ordered a quad shot and a cold brew, asked for no cream in the quad but it had cream, I just drank it didn't make a fuss. read more

This drive-thru coffee and mini-donut stand is cute, located in a central and convenient area, and is just a fun idea. They are mini-donuts, after all! There are many different flavors of donuts to choose from. I liked the cinnamon sugar, and maple nut. The staff are very friendly and nice. The only thing is they have limited hours so check before going. One suggestion- maybe put a second menu sign before the window, so the waiting car can have time to read about all the selections. Highly recommend and will visit again. read more

A real gem in Ocean Shores! We were only in town for one night and in the morning our goal was to find something sweet and delicious to eat, and some coffee to enjoy on the beach. Kookamunga's was it! Their doughnuts are sold by the dozen but they are mini. We chose half Jelly Belly, half Phantom Espresso. Great choices! They were incredible! Hot, fresh, and fluffy. We also tried a white mocha with vanilla and a chai tea latte and were just as satisfied. They have a drive-thru window or a walk up window to order (which seems to be super popular in WA and I love it). No indoor dining as it's just a tiny building big enough for a kitchen! The staff was so kind, gave recommendations, and were just a blast to talk to. If I'm ever back in Ocean Shores, I would absolutely come here again. Anyone passing through, get your doughnut/coffee fix here! read more

Everything about this place is cute: the name, the logo, and the baby-sized donuts. My favorite is the jelly belly, which is delicious in all its simplicity. The donuts are best eaten fresh, when they are still hot and fluffy. Wait for too long and they will be dense, as cake donuts tend to be. You can customize your own flavors in batches of six. Don't get the lemon, though, as it tastes very artificial. I'd still go with the trusty choice of jelly belly. They are an outdoor stand with no seating. But there are parking, so you can enjoy donuts in the warmth of your car on a windy day (and that is everyday in Ocean Shores). read more

I have never experienced a made-to-order donut shop and I am sooooo very glad we stopped. The staff were all smiles and greeted us warmly. I enjoyed a white chocolate strawberry mocha and there were tons of sugar-free options. We were attending a dulcimer festival at Coaplis Beach so we grabbed a couple of dozen freshly baked combinations of "Death by Chocolate" and "Lemon Bar" donuts for our friends. There were so many flavors to try and my waistline was delighted I DIDN'T try them all! LOL It was one of the most difficult things I've ever done but I managed NOT to scarf all of them down before we got to our friends. There's nothing like hot, fresh donuts to make your tummy (and your friends ) smile! The service was excellent and fast and you are able to watch them make the donuts while you wait. it's really impressive! This is something you have to experience, words cannot possibly describe the taste of their amazing creations. read more

Screw 5 stars, this place gets 10! We were on the hunt for coffee during our stay in Ocean City and happened to stumble on this gem. The first time we passed on the donuts, we thought 12 was too many and just got two coffees, a vanilla latte and an almond milk cappuccino and they were AMAZING. We had to go back the next day and this time we got donuts, half with chocolate icing and almonds and half cookies and cream. They were PERFECT. Not too sweet and made fresh to order. The service is incredibly friendly and Brandon the barista should open a school to train baristas, because these are the best coffees! The coffee industry needs more Brandon's! This is our new go to when we visit Ocean City. Stop here, you won't regret it! read more

You have to order by the dozen and get to choose different type of donuts per dozen. We with the lemon bar donut and chunky monkey.
