the second i pulled up to the window the barista was cussing and slamming the windows. when she ope my window to take my order she was very rude and i said "i can wait until your done with what your doing if that works for you" and she got angry and even more rude and i just simply took my business somewhere else. So the location was good, but the prices were a little steep for coffee. It is mostly getting 3 stars because the 24 oz americano only comes with 2 shots, is that standard? Not a fan of the bad attitude from the barista. Not only was the specialty drink they made full of ice but I specifically asked for the whip cream from my drink to be put into a smaller separate cup for my daughter and I would pay for the cup. Not only did I have to ask four different times but the lady was rude about it and put literally enough whip cream to cover the bottom of the cup. Mocha Madness has cheap coffee and good hours (open till 11 PM - at least the Friday we were there - even though most places are closed way earlier). Convenient location near the IGA. Great brew. recommended! read more

I come to Ocean Shores every year for the fourth of July for about 10 days and she always remembers me and my little girl, and when we come to town she keeps gummy worms on hand for my daughters hot chocolates!! Old lady working was super grumpy. Shouldn't be working at a coffee stand if you hate people. Coffee wasn't good either. Got an iced quad shot drink and it tasted like flavored milk and their was barely any ice, so it was lukewarm. They really need to be retrained on how to make coffee and how to have good customer service. Will never come back. read more

We LOVE this place! I get strawberry fruit smoothies. Delicious! My husband gets 20oz lattes. Whenever we're in Ocean Shores, we have to stop by daily for our fix. Great baristas, very friendly as well as fast so you don't have to wait long. They advertize their prices. I don't understand why someone said they were expensive. We're from Seattle.
