I've had a couple devices repaired at sellteck before. The first was an android device that needed…read morea screen repalcement. They did the best they could with it and performed a satisfactory enough job that I returned with another device at a later date. I recently took it upom myself to take apart the android device sellteck had repaired in order replace the screen again. I found that when they reassembled the phone they left out, lost or stole multiple screws that should have been replaced, failed to preserve or replace the protective sticker required for using NFC and left out, lost or stole multiple small metal pieces that cover and hold in place the important wire connections in the device.

Yes I do remember you Nima. You pulled up in your tacky Audi R8, sat down and proceeded to tell me…read morethat there was nothing you could do after breaking my brand new phone. Unfortunately I remember this incident and just wanted to let everyone know how poorly I was treated after you scammed me. I'm sure this has happened to other people but they were to polite to come forward. Anyways I hope this help others stay away from your SCAM OF A BUSINESS!! Your better off getting a new phone Re: there's a difference between a crack on the screen and the phone not turning on after. I know you don't remember a lot of things. It took you 15 minutes to find my phone in all of the garbage in your shipping container store. (who knows if that was even my phone) Maybe you should invest In some education and better parts so you can fix people's phones properly. You're lack of humility and denial in this situation shows what kind of service you will get. I'm glad you showed your true colours. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I just got on a call with them…read moreafter a wait for 3 hours. Bloody idiots, first of all they canceled my account 2 days before the due date of the payment. I asked them to restore my service, they did but with a new plan which was way higher than my original plan. The representative was super rude to me saying it is your fault not to make a payment. Dude, at least ask me what happened, why late payment. I went through a surgery and was in recovery so I missed a payment. There was no apology from this moron. I asked for the representative to connect me the supervisor, she said it will take more than 2 hours to connect due to long wait times. I wonder why because their services have SO MANY issues that their lines are ALWAYS BUSY. I asked to send me a feedback call, she said an email will be sent after the call, and it's been an hour now and no email is there. If I break the contract now, they will get free money from me via the early termination fee, so I am stuck with this SHITTY company till my contract expires.

I have 10 business mobility lines with Telus. When it came…read moretime for renewal they offered a price which I agreed to. I also added an additional line to my account at that time. They are now charging me double on all 3 lines than agreed upon. When I provided them with written proof they say they can't honor it. If they can't honor written commitments from there employees than anything they offer is invalid. Anyone thinking of making the switch should be very careful and specially when it comes time for renewal. There online complaint process is a joke, nobody ever returns your phone call. Even there escalation team can't help.

I tried to return it but I asked me for all the prices like he was going to you're back and well it again. i assume that's what I bought . a put together phone case..... he knocks down the price and offers me a camera protector . those broke right away and I can't get them off now . shiiiiit store.

Every. Single. Time. I go there, I get very angry. They do whatever it takes to find a loophole to…read morenot cover things that should be under warranty, they charge for everything, the result is always disappointing. This last time, I had to pay $90 for a screen protector for a Z Fold 5 because it "wasn't under warranty" even though I had Samsung Care+ (which is absolutely, completely useless by the way). I was 11 days too late to have it covered under manufacturer's warranty, apparently. Anyway, they did the job, showed me there was a line visible on it and that it would go away in 24 hours. Guess what, it didn't. I called them back and they said they could do it again but they can't guarantee it will be any better since they have to use Samsung's equipment and it's not a "dust-free" room and the phone has been used, etc, etc, etc... Tell me that BEFORE I waste $90 on the stupid screen protector that voids the warranty if you don't get it reinstalled. Samsung sucks. Their warranty sucks. The repairs suck. Every time.
