Even though I ultimately needed a full furnace and AC replacement, they temporarily charged my AC for free to get me through the weekend while the new system was ordered. They then overbooked themselves to make sure my installation happened ASAP, which I greatly appreciated. When a small snafu occurred, they handled it immediately and made things righ,t including going above and beyond what I would expect a company to do to make things right. Since then, I've replaced my AC, furnace, and water heater with them, and also had a whole-house humidifier installed.
