It was a bit of a drive out from Boston, but I took my chances. The staff were wonderful. The skilled repair technician replaced the part from an old parts horn and carefully installed it and added a covering jacket piece. All work performed in a low key manner as I watched. No extra charges. I am so grateful to the folks at David French, and so glad I made the trip. I highly recommend them for instrument repair without reservation. I also noted they had many units for rental and we will definitely return if we need a rental. What a great establishment!

Second, they need to be consistent with past due notices. They shouldn't let nine months go by without any conversation or notification or past due fees and then start to harass customers and create fees and spam notices out of the blue. One star: perceived inconsistency and lack of knowledge as far as knowing/explaining customer accounts. Zero stars for being annoying when the mood hits them.

This cute art center has different exhibits but the one I went to was all about the Boston Marathon. I had signed up to do the special package which included a 13 min slide show about the history of some of the statues that are on the Boston marathon course and just some history about the course/ race itself. And then there was a self guided tour to see the winged foot statues and some others as well. And there was a coupon for food at the start line brewery included too. The person who helped me get my tour started was very nice and helpful. This space is on the small side but it is very nice and clean. Feels a bit on the homey side. I would come back here for sure to check out other art exhibits they put on when it's not marathon season.

Seating was on a first come first serve basis, but everything was well organized. There was a dance floor in front which was an added bonus. I will definitely go back to check out other performances.
