Clearly the man is as skilled with a fishing rod as he is with a carpet cleaner. Quick response, on time, great results, and a fair price. What more could you want? Both are very hard-working and easy to work with. We are visiting from the west coast and didn't know who to call. Not only did they do a great job, they offered some suggestions about the area for us to play tourist, too. This isn't a cheap service, but it is high-quality. They charge by the space used in the trailer, not weight. They were willing to take absolutely everything we had, and even flattened the boxes to take up less space in their trailer (saving a little money). They were able to repurpose several of the items we were disposing of, and they sort everything else for recycling off-site.

I didn't really blame East Tenn. I'd rented one several times before and this was the first problem. 2 cycle gas engines are notorious pains in the ***. Anyway, they were already closed, but left a message just to get it on record. Figured I would see them on Monday. Their manager, Van, called me back almost immediately (did I mention they were officially closed:?) he ran me through a coupe of procedures to help get it to start. They didn't work. We agreed I'd try it in a few hours as a hail mary. Van messaged me to ask if it worked (It didn't). On Monday, they gave me an option and I took store credit (I still need the post hole digger). I choose East Tenn Rent All knowing i will be dealt with more than fairly if something does go wrong.
