I contacted Ben back at the end of March about doing some drainage work for us. He came out and…read morelooked at our job and sent a quote about a week later. We accepted his quote and we told him to put us on his schedule. He said he would and that he had to finish up a couple of septic tank jobs and then he would come to our job. That was on April 7th. Sent him an email on April 24 and asked him on a timetable about getting to our job. He wrote us back and said it will be towards the end of May because of 3 emergency septic tank jobs he needed to do. I told him that was no problem. Fast forward to June 16th and we still hadn't heard from him so I sent him a text. He never would respond. Sent him 4 text and 2 emails over the next few days and he never would respond. Also called him 3 times and his phone goes to voicemail and it says the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. Ben seems like a really good guy and by pictures, his work looks really good. I know my job wasn't a big money making project for him but if you don't have intentions on doing a job, don't send people and estimate and say you will put them on your schedule. We would of preferred that you just be honest with us and say that you didn't want to do it or didn't have time. Not returning any emails, texts or phone calls doesn't look good for your business. Hopefully if you get Ben to do any work for you, you will have better luck with him than we did.

He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. Do you want a moving company that will put personal details about their customers on the internet? Choose college hunks.
