The guy at the counter essentially told him the components were trash and pushed him into spending $2,500 on a new amp, custom box, and a sound quality converter. The system they suggested quickly gave out so we went in and asked DJ why this was happening. He suggested that my friend ONLY spent $2,500 and there are customers that spend much more so we have to be patient. After an argument, they sent us on our way, telling us it's just something that happens (I'm not a pro, but I know they just don't care). After months of going back and forth, they finally, in a resistant fashion, replaced the amp. I was especially upset because I have referred multiple people to this place and they embarrassed me. I'm sure this is not the experience everybody has had with R&R, however, I will not be returning.

He has given us the run around saying the the ups goes to the wrong building and doesn't come over here to deliver the order. Well to fix that, he needs to put a sign on the door saying, go to other building with an arrow!
