He met with me on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and took the time to thoroughly review the plans for my two bathroom and kitchen remodel. After walking through the project details, Khaled sat down with me and clearly explained the remodeling process with complete transparency. Although my budget was below his estimated project cost, he still generously shared valuable advice about what to look for when evaluating contractors and navigating the renovation process. A few weeks later, Khaled followed up to check on my progress. His timing could not have been better, as the contractor I had ultimately hired was not working out. He took the time to discuss several options with me, which gave me confidence that I had a path forward. Khaled even offered to connect me with a trusted subcontractor if needed and welcomed me to reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. While I was ultimately unable to move forward with AP Remodeling due to budget constraints, I was genuinely impressed by Khaled's integrity, responsiveness, and willingness to help without any obligation. If you are looking for quality workmanship backed by exceptional customer service and can accommodate the investment, I highly recommend working with Khaled and the team at AP Remodeling.

They did a fantastic job overall, from the initial site visit, to planning, design, material sourcing, permitting, execution, completion, and touch-ups. We especially appreciated working with our project manager, Henrique, who was responsive, treated us with respect, and kept the project on track through any challenges along the way. Our superintendent, Eduardo, managed the various crews well and treated our property with care. Front office and management were professional and top-notch as well. With AP Remodeling, you're getting a fully dedicated team on your side, one that respects your home and is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend giving them a chance to bid on your next project. We absolutely loved how our master bathroom turned out (see before and after photos). Thanks again, AP team!

Denis came out, walked through everything I needed done, and gave me a clear quote. I could buy the materials myself or have them send Amazon and Home Depot links -- no markup on materials, which I really appreciated. Scheduling was easy, and Denis kept me updated about arrival. Once he was here, he worked through the list item by item. His work ethic stood out. Prices were extremely reasonable. I've already saved his number for future work and would recommend Pro Handyman Service without hesitation. Prospective customers, feel free to message me.

We highly recommend Pro Handyman Service!…read more I wanted to write this review because we had a request that, while not unique, wasn't that easily categorized under a common household repair category, so we decided we would look for a general handyman that would be able to do it all. We have a sliding barn door for a guest bathroom, and because there was a bit of a gap from the wall to the door, it wasn't very private for our guests, and there was also no latch on the barn door. It's a strange choice for a bathroom, but we also didn't have the budget to change the entire door. I reached out to a few pros to get their assessments, and Pro Handyman Service was not the cheapest option for this job, but they had great reviews and I appreciated that they gave me an upfront quote. The quote actually helped me to budget accordingly, and I didn't feel like there were going to be a bunch of hidden charges that I wouldn't be able to plan for. I also felt that Pro Handyman Service was easy to communicate with and they responded to my questions very quickly over Yelp messages. They are busy, by the way, so try to schedule early so you can get a time slot. Denis arrived at our home promptly and on time, and was very careful to keep the home clean by wearing booties to cover his shoes. He listened and reviewed the situation, then gave us several options based on his opinions and experience. For example, he said he could use either wood or plastic paneling to add a "privacy edge" to the sliding door, and we ultimately settled on wood for the sides and plastic for the top of the door. He had everything needed for the job and just needed to leave to purchase the wood paneling and returned promptly to do the install. He also painted and caulked the new wooden privacy edge on each side of the door. We had already purchased a latch, which he also installed while accommodating the added privacy edge to the door. Denis worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. As you can see from the photos, the installation looks quite neat and clean, and almost looks as if the door came that way. It was nice that he was able to cut the privacy edge to accommodate the baseboard, too. Overall, this was a very positive experience with Pro Handyman Service and we think you'll be pleased with them as well! Hopefully this review will be helpful to anyone else who is looking for someone who needs a handyman (and especially if they have a specific request that might be similar to ours)!

We had a vision, and Mike brought it to life!…read more We've tackled our fair share of remodel projects over the years, but nothing quite prepared us for the leap into a complete, ground-up ADU build. We knew this wasn't a project to hand off to just anyone, we needed a true expert, someone who could steer us through every twist and turn with confidence. That's exactly what we found in Mike. From our very first meeting, Mike had a calm, reassuring presence that told us we were in good hands. He listened closely to our vision, asked the right questions, and laid out a clear path forward that immediately put our minds at ease. And trust us, our minds needed easing, we came to him with a steady stream of nervous, sometimes repetitive questions, and he never once made us feel like a burden. He answered every single one with patience, warmth, and genuine reassurance. Communication was a true highlight of working with Mike. He kept us updated at every stage, so we always knew exactly where things stood. What could have been an incredibly stressful, all-consuming process instead felt manageable, even exciting. He also took the reins on coordinating with city inspectors throughout the entire build, handling all the back-and-forth so we didn't have to lift a finger. That alone lifted a massive weight off our shoulders. And the icing on the cake? He finished the entire project ahead of the estimated timeline, without ever cutting corners on quality or care. If you're on the fence about a big build like this, let us save you the trouble: call Mike. He turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one we're genuinely grateful for, and the final result speaks for itself. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

I reached out to MDM back in early 2025 and met with Mike right away so he could look at my…read moreproperty and walk me through what my wife and I wanted for our project. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

Initially we hired him to paint our home and to replace a number of rotting fascia boards. He also helped me select a beautiful front door to update the look of our home, as well as replace an exterior side door and repainted and changed the hardware of our kitchen/garage fire door. When we had issues with some of the work done, Gabriel was right on it to make sure it was taken care of immediately. This type of attention is not always given with other people we've dealt with before. Gabe takes pride in his company to do an excellent job for his clients. After a month and a half since the job was completed, Gabe came over to assess the job, after we had a week of steady rain, to make sure we didn't have any other questions for him. We would definitely recommend him and his company to do a great job!

Rather than returning to correct the bad work, the contractor immediately wanted to wash his hands and offered a discount to get rid of me, telling me to go hire a handyman to repair the faulty shower. Lastly, I had a leak in the roof that dripped onto my kitchen counter! Uriel was able to assess the situation and offer me a quote for a reasonable amount to which I agreed. Uriel addressed my concern regarding the coaxial cable and brought on Renee who was a big help working to complete the work in one day. Uriel went so far as to go on the roof to assess the condition and made a few patches with tar here and there as well as reattach the roof turbine that had been knocked off during the latest storm! Overall, I am very pleased with the work Uriel (and Renee) did to fix my home within my budget and so far there are no leaks and the painted fascia panels look nice and refreshed.
