If you're looking for a barbershop with down to earth barbers, great vibes, excellent customer service and super clean fades and haircuts, this is your place! I was looking for a barbershop a few months back because I didn't feel very comfortable as a woman with short hair going to a barbershop where I always got weird looks, laughs and stares from all the other guys there. Getting a haircut should be a relaxing experience and that's the opposite of what I felt there. Anyway, I'm so grateful I found Pope because not only do I feel more than comfortable in her barbershop but she knows EXACTLY how I like my haircut and really takes her time to make it perfect. Favorite place to get my brows done!! Kate is awesome and after seeing her I don't think I'll let anyone else do my brows. The studio is super cute and comfortable and my eyebrows looked so good. Just found this barbershop today. I have my barber that I usually go to all the time but they were full and was in need of a haircut. I tried 3 other barbershops before ending at Vatican, all were closed. I'm glad this place was open and took me quickly as well. Stephanie was the person who attended me and as I talked her through with what I normally get she recommended other tips that would look better. I tend to have trust in my barbers so I let her be creative with my hair, it was definitely a wise choice because she did a superb job on it!!! Without a doubt, I believe I found my new barbershop . Went to Vatican Barber Shop today on a friend's recommendation ... I tried to call first to make an appointment, but they were having phone troubles and no one answered. I figured I'd give a walk-in a try, and when I walked in, the Barber on the ground floor said she'd ask everyone. She sent me upstairs, and Brode B was one of two Barbers ... he said "let me finish up this guy, and I'll get right to you." ... I got a haircut and a shave, and I've got to tell you ... it was EXACTLY what I'd asked for. Had good conversation while he was cutting ... and was very detailed ... he kept checking everything ... from stubble to lines on my haircut. Would hands down recommend to anyone. read more

Was very impressed on the way I was actually able to communicate what I wanted done and they finished it exactly how I wanted. 30 dollars a haircut is well worth it for me to be fully satisfied with it when I leave. Very light atmosphere and offer drinks with your haircut. I was used to going to cheap 10 dollar neighborhood barbers. Never again. Vatican has mine and all of my sons business from now on. read more
