I reserved the minimum amount for a delivery, $15, and was told "if there are more bodies there who want a Kona Ice, we will serve them" This is word for word from Mr. Jesse (owner of this particular franchise) because he had called me about my reservation to explain he is only in the business to deliver. So I asked SEVERAL times IF I had more than 4 people (that was my order) would the others be served. He stated the quote above. Well...they were an hour and a half late and as soon as the four were served she told my daughter, "I ran out of cups, I'll be back." She left. Leaving about 8 kids with no Kona Ice. When I texted Jesse, he basically told me that's all he was going to do and that I wasn't social distancing......really?? We've been 6ft apart until his truck showed up. I know that's not how he runs his business because on Thursday of this week I had them come out, with an order of only 5 smalls, but his truck served about 12 other bodies due to my neighbors coming down to get a piece of the action. Just another disappointment for the Class of 2020.
