I thought my washer needed a door lock beacuse it wouldn't close/ lock. After Daniel put it on it still wouldn't lock. He found that it was the boot casket. Thank goodness I am someone who buys extra on things and I had a boot in my garage. My washer and dryer is 9 years old and this was the very first time for service on the washer. Nohing happened on the dryer...yet... He changed out so quickly it was awesome to see. And it worked!! I was so happy to see a real professional at work. Can't wait to tell all my friends and single friends who also own homes. We all need someone we trust and knows the business we need. Outstanding work Daniel you are my new Appliance Guy forever!! Thank you so much!! Will contact again if any issues with any of my other appliances read more
