We were in a fix the week of my daughters birthday when our refrigerator broke down just 2 days before we were set to have 40+ guests at our house. We reached out to Daniel the day before the party and he came out the very same day and had our fridge up and running again. Daniel knew immediately what was wrong and had all the parts needed with him. He was a lifesaver and our daughter's birthday went off without a hitch. I highly recommend him. Quick professional and affordable! read more

Daniel responded so quickly with an appointment the next morning. Provided an estimate and completed a great job!

Daniel came in said the control panel was the issue to my dishwasher. He fixed in 20 mins had it up and running like new again.

Refrigerator went out overnight. Jumped on yelp to do the standard project request and got a response quickly from komfix. They came the same day to troubleshoot the problem, which was our freezers motor blew out. They checked the fridge to ensure that there were no other issues, and came back and install it 2 days later (part needed to be ordered). Their work comes with a 3 month warranty, and was fair priced (in my opinion) for the service they provide. A few things to note, despite the 1 listed review they do have reviews on thumbtack and reviews under their yelp account that are not listed but are all 5 star reviews. read more

Technician Roman was able to diagnose the problem right away as he dealt with the same issue the day before. GE door lock wouldn't unlock. I tried all the manufacturer's resets etc but the worst case scenario ended up being true. Basically the motherboard needed to be replaced too. He was able to order and replace the part within the week. Didn't really price shop but considering both parts and labor I was okay with the price. read more

They did a great job and were very professional. Our cookbook repair was simple and easy.

Quick response time, in fact I inquired before 8:00 a.m. and he came here around 9:00 so that already beat part of my. He was able to look at what the issue was and was very honest and let me know that it would actually be more efficient to go with buying a new washer because it was beyond repair even though he could fix it it would just break again and I read more

Komfix has the best price range for the repair we needed for our Samsung washer (the spin cycle stopped working). What you will notice about Danil, the technician from Komfix is how knowledgeable he is. He said after looking into the situation in short order said yes he could fix it for us. The cost was very reasonable and with a warranty we have a working washer within a hour! Thank you Komfix, and Danil, we appreciate your service. And to clarify the cost " range" this was explained as to each scenario before he began work. I appreciate upfront pricing and you will too! read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Komfix. My husband and I had just moved to a new home, only to find that after we filled the refrigerator with food, it was not keeping things very cold. I called Daniel and asked if someone could come out the same day. He agreed to come out that very afternoon. Daniel communicated well, arrived on time, and was able to not only fix the problem, he also adjusted the off kilter doors and installed the water filter as well. He was a life saver, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any future needs. Thank you, Daniel! read more

I can't recommend this company more. They did what they said they'd do, for the price they said they'd do it, when they said they'd get it done. This all sounds simple but it's difficult to find.
