During our conversation, he told me he would call me back, but instead I was contacted by his fiancée, Jillian. I spent considerable time explaining exactly what I was looking for in a home and specifically told both Vincent and Jillian that I was not interested in one particular development. Despite that, the list of homes I received included multiple properties in the very development I had clearly said I didn't want. I wasn't looking for someone to email me listings that I could easily find myself on Zillow or Realtor.com. I already search those sites regularly. I was looking for the value an experienced Realtor should provide: listening carefully to my priorities, understanding the communities that best fit my needs, and offering thoughtful, personalized guidance. After I emailed with additional questions, I was then passed to another agent who struck me as relatively inexperienced. At that point, I no longer felt I was receiving the personalized guidance, professionalism, or thoughtful attention I had expected when I first contacted Vincent. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I chose Vincent because of his reputation. Unfortunately, my experience simply did not reflect the level of service I was expecting.

My parents had one house they liked the most so coincidently Linda says that none of the other 4 houses came back with a counter offer and the only one that did was this house. I mean none of them have still sold so it seems suspicious that none of them came back. My parents also wanted to have the furniture negotiated into the deal and they discouraged them and told them to wait until after closing to bring it up to the sellers. I mean by that time what sell is not going to have a plan to keep the furniture? Absolutely stupid. I told my parents that, and they went back to the realtor during the inspection period to make sure they could hear back about an offer for this furniture. The realtors never pushed to get back. With my parents asking multiple times a week for an update, they finally got back 3 WEEKS LATER. Overall, they made many requests to work together with seller and they just found out that the sellers never heard about of them. They were totally trying to keep them apart to make their own jobs easier. I'm absolutely in shocked these people are totally deceitful and horrible.

"Cool" I thought. I like this. As he walked by my son's house he bent down and put a flag in front of my son's mailbox and walked away. Very quickly the flag fell over. Having served with the military for over 40 years and out of my personal respect for the flag, I went over to right "Old Glory". As I picked up the tiny flag I was immediately taken back by the stick placed on the flag, a marketing sticker. Frank Arena, an agent for this office of Keller Williams, had attached a sticker on the flags he was placing in the neighborhood. I realize that this is not a big deal to anyone but me probably, but I was pissed! I fought for that flag on many occasions and am not happy that Mr. Arena was willing to use our flag as a marketing tool on the 4th of July. It should be noted that even if it were not in bad taste, it is illegal! United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 states, "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." In many places, this action would have gotten Mr. Arena 30 days in jail and fines. None of that will happen in this case. But what will happen is that I will post this message, people will read it and hopefully let Mr. Arena know how they feel about his actions. I will never use Keller Williams for any real estate transaction and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere as well.
