Whenever she was supposed to show our home to potential buyers, she would call us at the last minute saying she had to attend a funeral, and that her co-worker will take her place for the showing that day.  This happened about 7 times.  We have never known anyone in our lifetime who has attended so many funerals in one month!  If she plain did not want to be our realtor and represent us, she should have been upfront and truthful with us. From the beginning, we asked her to please show our home to one family at a time, so there are not so many people in our home.  Especially since we have two indoor cats and we did not want them to be let out of their safe room "on accident".  Well, one day, she had said to us that she needed to be on her way to a prior engagement at around 6pm.  There were two sets of families that showed up at our home.  Two engaged couples and both sets of their parents from each couple.  That's 12 people.  We requested Tracy to have one family wait outside while she showed the house to the first family.  What does she do? She lets everybody inside the house at the same time.  Obviously she was trying to show the house quickly to everyone at the same time so that she could leave.  It was so loud with all the people in the house, it was like someone was having a party.  How can you even keep an eye on each person? These are complete strangers walking around our home! There was one potential buyer who visited our home and showed interest.  Later the following week,  Tracy had told us he was texting her regarding our home.  We asked her to not continue texting him and to request him to go through his own real estate agent.  After all, she was OUR agent not his.  What does she do? She continues correspondence with him even after we asked her not to. The potential buyer already had his own real estate agent.  We wanted Tracy to correspondent directly with that agent and not the buyer.  We felt she was not representing us and not working in our best interest. When the papers were ready to be signed, the title company requested us to print all of the paperwork ourselves.  We told them we have sold many homes and no title company has ever requested us to print the paperwork, that THEY are the ones who provide the paperwork.  We told them that our printer was in a moving container on its way to our new home across country.    Because of this, we requested that Tracy use another title company.  She refused.  Instead, they sent a lady to our home with all of the paperwork for us to sign. We later found out that her husband worked at the title company.  This is possibly why she refused to switch to another title company per our request. On the final closing day, we requested Tracy to not give the buyer the keys to the house or the alarm code until the funds show in our bank account. (We were living across country at this time.) What does she do? She ignores our request and gives the buyer the keys to the home. Funds were not even showing in our bank account yet! It took about one hour for the funds to even show in our account. We were upset that she had did that. In the end, Tracy requested our new home address.  She said she was going to send us a gift of appreciation.  What does she send?  Nothing.  Why even ask for our new address then?  It's laughable. If you want a realtor who is Unprofessional, Ignores your requests and makes you feel rushed to accept any offer, then Tracy Ward is the realtor for you, in our opinion.  She's all about the money honey, for herself.

It was for sale at one time but the listing has been closed for a year or more. I had nothing to do with that listing and have lived here for about three or four months. Georgia McGivney cold called me to ask if wanted to sell the condo I'm living in. When I told her I don't own it and it hasn't been for sale for a long time and asked how she got my number, **she told me she got my phone number right out of the MLS.** I was shocked as I am renting the place I live in and I've never owned it. There are zero open MLS listings for this place, the last one being closed a year or two ago. She kept reiterating my number was in the actual MLS. Since I am not a realtor and have no access to the MLS I asked TWO real estate friends who are completely independent of each other to see how the heck my number ended up in there. And they both confirmed individually that my number was definitely not in the MLS and that there was no active or open listing for my place since way before I started renting here and that there were no edits that had been done to add my number after I moved in. So I called back Georgia McGivney from Keller Williams - Jupiter and told her that I had confirmed that my number was NOT in the MLS. At which point she went on a very long explanation about how incredibly confused she was. I asked repeatedly where she got my number and asked if she had done Internet searches to see who is living here to cold call me for sales because she wanted to sell this place. She confirmed that yes she did indeed want to sell this place but was adamant she had not done any kind of search for my phone number outside of the MLS and that's where her list populate Alaitz from so it must've been in there. And when I asked her to check and take a screenshot for me all of a sudden she couldn't find it anywhere. My complaint is not about the cold sales call. It's about lying to me. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will lie to you but will do it in a way that seems very natural and casual so you might be confused about whether she's lying, then this is the agent for you! Otherwise I would stay away from her and I'd stay away from the office because generally things like this are done by everybody in the office if it's allowed and encouraged. And if offices are adamantly against any dishonesty or tricky with clients or potential clients then it would be extremely unusual to have just one outlier who does that anyway. So maybe it is just one person to stay away from but I honestly wouldn't even ever go near this office or Keller Williams in Florida in general. When someone lies to you so quickly and easily you must know that you cannot trust them. If that's the only lie then it's because no other lies were needed. Not because the person slipped up with the truth just one time. If you're a person that has trouble telling if someone is lying, or you always want to believe that people are truthful in a slightly hopeful or naïve way, or if this is for somebody who's potentially losing some faculty and can be confused, then PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
