"Cool" I thought. I like this. As he walked by my son's house he bent down and put a flag in front of my son's mailbox and walked away. Very quickly the flag fell over. Having served with the military for over 40 years and out of my personal respect for the flag, I went over to right "Old Glory". As I picked up the tiny flag I was immediately taken back by the stick placed on the flag, a marketing sticker. Frank Arena, an agent for this office of Keller Williams, had attached a sticker on the flags he was placing in the neighborhood. I realize that this is not a big deal to anyone but me probably, but I was pissed! I fought for that flag on many occasions and am not happy that Mr. Arena was willing to use our flag as a marketing tool on the 4th of July. It should be noted that even if it were not in bad taste, it is illegal! United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 states, "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." In many places, this action would have gotten Mr. Arena 30 days in jail and fines. None of that will happen in this case. But what will happen is that I will post this message, people will read it and hopefully let Mr. Arena know how they feel about his actions. I will never use Keller Williams for any real estate transaction and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere as well.

carpet is failing,windows stick and won't stay up,appliances are old.The bathroom sinks are rusting…read morethrough paint,the painted tubs stain from mild soaps,the washer bangs around off level,The dryer takes 2 to 3 cycles,the master bath toilet runs con stantly,the patio screen door came off track and wont go back on,the dishwasher won't stay closed,and the walls and carpet are infested with cockroaches.The new train schedules are brutal.They run all night, blowing horns and shaking the buildings even with the windows closed.These places are thrown together with the cheapest materials to get you in then start falling apart immediatly.3 maintenance requests and they only came once,did cheap repairs,and never came back.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
