Very tasty and oh so fresh. The salmon is delightful, but the highlight goes to their tuna.

I am running out of words to describe the ramen I tried here…read more Just go and visit!!!! You will be glad you do! This place is hidden in the ally, with tiny entrance. But it got good spaces and will be able serve 20+ tables. I visited around 6:40 pm-ish, and it was pretty empty but the server asked me if I had reservation. I got lucky they still seated me, because around 7pm I realized that people are flooding in. The ramen here is serious ramen. The chef seems to attend several classes or continue educated himself by participating the programs from Japanese ramen association. There were several certificates hanging just next to the entrance. I got the Shoyo Ramen. and I am as so satisfied with the quality. The meat, the eggs the noodles, the toppings are all well presented and cooked! And yet the price is really reasonable, compare to the most mediocre ramen places in America with same price and the same quality ramen place in Taiwan. They do serve cocktails, alcohol, and dessert, but one bowl of ramen was already talking all the space in my stomach... I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Sushi Time has been one of my favorite restaurants for some years now. I prefer to take advantage…read moreof the all-you-can-eat at dinner, where we would normally have a friendly member of staff to come to our table from time to time with a platter of 1 or more types of pieces at a time and we choose the ones we want to consume. To prevent so much interaction in these pandemic times, they started to leave the meal dishes (as much as we want, of course) on our table throughout the meal, as is done in many other restaurants of the same kind. The all-you-can-eat dinner is at €23.95 (without a drink) and entitles you to these starters: miso soup, temaki of your choice, jiaozi, small crispy crepes and a delicious salmon carpatio. The first dish served contained 40 varied sushi and sashimi pieces and then we ordered another asking for half the pieces (chosen by the chef). We were 2 and were able to eat 30 pieces each. Everything was delicious and we were surprised, as always, with the creativity shown in every piece every time we go there. The fish is very fresh and the rice is well made. The price is perfectly fair, considering the quality. And the gentleman who served us during the night was very friendly and attentive. I recommend it as a great place to go on special occasions.

They have an "all you can eat " dinner special which I decided to go for , after offering me miso soup , Gyoza and a few other items, they brought me a generous portion of sashimi . I sat at the sushi bar which I have to admit the bar stools were horrible ( the only thing I can complain about ) After the sashimi the chef just started making me the house specialty rolls . AMAZING ! Staff was really friendly and even though some of the waitresses didn't speak English , the sushi chefs did . I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back next time in a Lisbon !

My bf and I came to this place to get sushi for dinner our last night in Sesimbra. There was an…read moreAsian man standing outside the restaurant, so I was hoping this place would be authentic. We chose to sit inside, but by the open entrance, so we had a fabulous view of the sunset over the beach. The menu said sushi a là carte... which to me, a là carte means you order each dish separately and pay per dish. But there were no prices listed next to any of the dishes in the menu when we looked inside. At least everything had pictures, so we just pointed to the items we wanted, and the man took our orders. I saw Calpis on the menu and was excited, because usually only very authentic Japanese places have Calpis. I love Calpis. The woman taking our drink orders (maybe the wife or sister?) got really confused. What?? How can they not know what is on their own menu?! After some momentary confusion, she was able to bring out my drink. It was much sweeter than I remembered from previous experiences other countries, and I didn't like this drink that much. I thought it should be the same everywhere--like Coca-Cola--but could there possibly be different formulas? Dunno, because my drink came in a glass, so I didn't get to see the original bottle or can it came from. I'm sorry to say that the sushi was HORRIBLE. It was ALL RICE. I mean, I've seen sushi in the past that was filled with rice, but this was completely ridiculous. Minuscule amounts fish and SO much rice as filler. The tempura was also very disappointing. In California, it usually also includes sweet potato, green beans, etc., but here, it only had 3 or 4 soggy pieces of shrimp and nothing else. And then there were TONS of the fried batter all over it, and the batter wasn't even golden brown. It was a sorry-looking pale yellow color. The spring rolls were literally the size of my 4 fingers. No joke. I've never seen such tiny spring rolls in my life before. I was getting more and more depressed as each dish came out, and normally I love sushi. It got to the point where we just ordered some prepackaged ice cream from the freezer and asked for the check. I told myself I'd rather just eat crackers in our hotel room if I got hungry later at night. My bf and I were curious how much the final bill would be, as we had no clue how much each dish cost. When the bill came out, we were flabbergasted. Turns out the 11.90 euros for dinner was for all-you-can-eat!!! :O Now all the rice in the sushi made sense. This was a case where because we didn't understand Portuguese, and the workers here didn't know much English, we had no idea that there was only one set price for all of the food. (Drinks and dessert were charged extra.) We should have and would have ordered way more dishes if we only would have known about the set-up. However, I dunno if I would have wanted any more food at that point, because I was pretty depressed. At the end of the day, my bf and I had to laugh about this experience, and note that due to language barriers, this was the least amount of food we've ever had at an all-you-can-eat dinner. :P

great deal. Snack portions that kept coming. At all you could eat place. Kids loved it also.read more
