But it got good spaces and will be able serve 20+ tables. I visited around 6:40 pm-ish, and it was pretty empty but the server asked me if I had reservation. I got lucky they still seated me, because around 7pm I realized that people are flooding in. The ramen here is serious ramen. The chef seems to attend several classes or continue educated himself by participating the programs from Japanese ramen association. There were several certificates hanging just next to the entrance. I got the Shoyo Ramen. and I am as so satisfied with the quality. The meat, the eggs the noodles, the toppings are all well presented and cooked! And yet the price is really reasonable, compare to the most mediocre ramen places in America with same price and the same quality ramen place in Taiwan. They do serve cocktails, alcohol, and dessert, but one bowl of ramen was already talking all the space in my stomach... I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

There is no other Japanese people other than Ken (the owner) working there, the Sushiman is a Portuguese cook. Probably got a course on Sushi but it wasn't good enough to earn the xtra star. And I am giving 4 stars for the friendliness of staff, as I am a vegetarian I asked them if they could put more choices to the menu when Maki Sushi was concerned, and they happily did it. And for my love of everything that is Japanese I asked who were the musicians that they were playing on the radio and the owner himself came to me with the CD for me to take note of.
