I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

I am sharing my personal experience to help others make informed decisions…read more I hired Chase Lalani for process serving services, and all of my communication was directly with him. After being told that an initial service attempt had been made, I contacted him to follow up. During our phone call on March 18th, he confirmed that only one attempt had been completed at that point. During that same call, I also expressed that I did not appreciate the tone in which I was being spoken to. Shortly after the call ended, I received automated email notifications stating that additional service attempts had been completed on March 13th and March 16th. This did not align with what I had just been told during our phone conversation, which created confusion and concern. Based on this sequence of events, it appeared to me that the additional attempts were documented after the fact. An affidavit of non-service was then produced, and communication with me stopped shortly thereafter. Because of the inconsistency between what I was told directly and the records I later received, I did not feel confident in the reliability and professionalism of the service. This review reflects my personal experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend these services.

I know people that work at the establishment I was trying to serve a person and not only did the processor basically announced to the world what he was doing at one point, but he also lied about who he spoke to. Just to clarify a few things. I spoke to my friend who works at the establishment and she said there is no security guard out front until around 9pm. The processor said he was there on Friday at 6, so there shouldn't be a guard. I have been there many times and there isn't a guard out early in the evening. Also, he stated that a blonde woman came out to tell him if he didn't pay to leave and that he wasn't there. The only blonde woman who worked there couldn't have said that . My friend, who works there said it was impossible for her to have been there and said that, seeing she was fired from the place about two weeks ago. There are a few things here that simply don't add up. I called and wrote details to assist in making this as smooth as possible, including additional dates and times he would be there and pictures of him, and it was not properly communicated to the processor and my emails went mostly ignored. I prepaid for a service and maybe that was my mistake, but I clearly will not be using this company again.

My company is old school. We still like to use paper for everything. Screw trees, right? Only problem, we don't like to pay for the hassle of traveling with a copy guy and all his equipment when we have meetings. Read: can't afford it. Normally we're stuck with the business centers in our hotels. Have you ever had a good experience in a hotel business center? No, you haven't. And your pants are lit if you said you have, Basically, we start our meeting off on a miserable foot; angry with the hotel, angry at our ourselves, and slaving away until the wee hours of the morning to get everything printed and done. Not cool. This time around, we found an actual copy store, who knew what in the Sam Hell they were doing, and could take care of every print job we brought them. Even better, they're just a few blocks from all the downtown conference hotels. They're from Australia, so they're automatically awesome, but they also work incredibly fast and have fantastic prices. During one of my visits, I got to see one of their projects for a local restaurant- neon plastic-cut skulls for coasters! They were insane, and I loved them so much I even got to keep one. Talk about service! Every other day I was bringing them more nonsense that I needed 20 minutes ago, and I was able to get what I needed super fast, and even my weird pocket brochures were folded by one of their machines. Time AND manicure saver. No manual labor for this lady! I'm not kidding when I said I stopped by seven times. Occasionally it was just to hang out. Richard and Lisa are the best, but the real star of the KopiKats show is Trudy. Trudy is the official office mascot, and the unofficial best doggie in Miami. Also fresh off the plane from the Land Down Unda', Trudy is a chill, cuddly shepard-mix, who greets all her customers and then gives the lean, if you're invited into the circle. I'm in the circle, she leaned into my legs. Success was achieved in Miami. Oh, the conference was fine, too. But Trudy, my therapy dog for the week, is the best! As many things went awry during our trip, printing needs were FINALLY not one of them.

They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. We've paid ridiculous amounts of money to so many different people in a period of 3 years for little network issues that ended up being unsolved until Rick came along. Our relationship with Rick is definitely headed to long-term :) and we highly recommend him. We are forever grateful we found him!
