Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

They turned out better than expected! Now everyone could read the print and see the beautiful pictures. Thank you so much David! You have all my printing needs from now on.

The 2 banners didn't stand up and fall forward when you try to stand them no matter what you do, after a month of use. The first one is dark enough that can pass as black, sort of. the second one was blue, dark but still very blue. This fellow Enrique wants us to bring him everything when we complained about it, pictures and videos don't suffice for him. They won't exchange or refund. So just beware. WHAT A GEM!!! Found this AMAZING digital printing company, Photo Offset Printing, doing a Google…read moreMaps search for "local digital printers near me". I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at…read morethe beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.
