If I could give Zero stars I would. I went into this nail place on Tuesday this past week, I asked for a pedicure and manicure. I waited for 35 minutes, then I was given a pedicure, and another person took off my gel color at the same time, completely ruining the otherwise relaxing part of having a pedicure. The gal cut cuticles on both of my toes and my fingers with her tools, all I was worried about was her causing me to get an infection since she used the same tools on the person before me, and after me. I will never go back there as the 3 gals there were speaking their native tongue and laughing the entire time I was being taken care of. Disgusting and despicable behavior toward one of their customers. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE NEVER AGAIN!! read more

I stopped going there a long time ago when a gentleman filed my nail down to the point where there was no nail left and I had an open sore on my finger. My other nail salon is far away, so I tried again all new staff is there now. I got lucky when I returned and got Ava. She was great! very carefully she took my previous polish off. She did a great job painting them but whatever product they use for the finish is horrible. Mine started peeling within two days. My second and last visit Ava was not there. I had some other lady do a pedicure & manicure for me. My pedicure turned out great still looks good. My manicure she filed all the dip off instead of soaking them gently off. The very next day they start peeling. I can't justify spending that amount of money for nails I can do at home. read more

my nails were cut way too short, the color was no where near accurate to the swatch, and the design I chose was not adjusted to my length of nails. The edges of the designs were not neat what so ever. Worst of all, my nails were left looking like i just got done doing some crazy finger painting project. there was dip powder all under my nails and color around my fingers. I had to take a tool and clean out my nails myself immediately once I left because they felt gross and chunky. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Tori was rude, aggressive, wouldn't let me use OPI on my nails & got mad when I asked her to use tips that fit my finger nail. They tape over all the nail samples so the color you pic looks nothing like the sample. I can't believe the state of MN gave this girl a license. Called to see if I could get a gift certificate for my sister in law and niece and pay over the phone. I was ordered to come in, and when I stated I can't because I am in a different state but can I pay via credit card over the phone, instead of saying they couldn't, they straight up hung up. read more

Awful. Made an appointment, don't bother, no one was available. Second, one of the employee's 3 year old son was there, throwing straws all over, whining, crying, runny nose. I want a relaxing pedicure, not a stressful environment after working all day. read more

If I could I would give this place no stars. Went here Mother's Day with my mother and sister in law, my mother in law treated us. I got color changing polish per my gentleman's recommendation. He told me it would change "shortly". It never did. Stayed an awful skin tone shiny nude not the coral I wanted. When I called to explain I got a "yes what do you want" from the gentleman. I did not enjoy my time at koi nails, I have been twice, first time was okay. Second time I had a guy do my gel manicure and he did a horrible job, bad filing and the polish was poorly applied, didn't really feel welcomed but they give you free refreshments and they are a clean place. I'm giving them 2 stars because I've been here multiple times and the service has been good enough but today was terrible and I'm not going to return. I made 3 appointments so my mom, sister, and I could get pedicures at 2pm. My mom arrived first at 2:01 to find that a walk in had come in right before she arrived and therefore we waited for 15 minutes before we even got to sit with our feet in the water. My moms pedicure started right away but my sister and I waited for another 15 minutes until someone started our pedicures. I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay that much for a pedicure someone should start and finish my pedicure with out getting up 5 times to attend to other people...clearly under staffed. But WAIT here's the best part! I chose a pale pink for my color and the guy literally put on one coat and it looks like shit. So I'm sitting there thinking he's gonna come back and finish but no he came back to turn off my chair and grab my shoes and tell me I was done... I was so shocked I couldn't protest. I might go back there tomorrow and get my toes actually painted since I paid for it. I was just too uncomfortable with the situation to demand him to fix it.
