I really wish I would have remembered her name.But she has been with the company for 8 years and you can tell that she loves her job based off of how attentive she was and how highly she spoke of the company, including her daughters who loved to shop there as well. I know Torid is Torrid but whomever is displaying the clothing and or choosing what comes into their store really cares about all age groups that shop with them. I tend to spend a lot of money there. The managers are rude when I've interacted at all with them and their quality of business and kindness seems like a false advertisement. Ive perused around the store quite a bit and honestly their quality of product is high key shit. Just a bunch of puffy pink frilly pop fashion type with very low amounts of different categories. Not to mention how hard it is to find my size. I wear a medium and more than half the store is either xl or xs. And there is like maybe half a shelf for women with bigger feet.
