I'm not normally a Kohl's shopper, but I was looking for a particular brand and saw online that they carried it. After lunch, we stopped at this location which was the closest to where we'd been. I didn't find exactly what I needed, but two very acceptable substitutes. When I went to pay at the checkout, I was fortunate to have the very personable Ruby help me. After seeing that I could get an additional 40 percent off my purchases if I applied for their credit card, I decided to do so. Ruby was very helpful in the very quick application process. As bd in addition, gave me done shopping tips for later. So glad we stopped by. I'm sure I'll be downloading their app and then looking forward to future discounts and coupons. read more

The staff at kohls in royal palm beach Florida was amazing. Isabella was my cashier and helped me by getting Joel to assist and then got a manager named carrie. to assist with my Kohl's cash that wasn't scanning. They went above and beyond to assist me and make it right. They kept apologizing for the wait but there wasn't a wait because they were helping me the entire time. They were so nice and the fact that they took as much time as they did with me to honor me as a customer was truly amazing. Something you do not see happen anymore in this society. It's unfortunate with this store has become. Used to be so many racks of clothing that you don't have to be careful a cart pushing through the isles. Now they removed so many racks of clothing do you have bare walls and some of the favorite names that I used to come to find here are no longer here. Is it true that I only go to Kohls when I have a 30% discount coupon? The answer is a probably a yes. If you know how to shop at Kohls you could do OK. You have to study their marketing system where they discount things , when they discount things and what brands are not subject for a discount: Most Nike, Levi's, and Under Amour are not subject to Kohls 10, 20, & 30% discounts. For the most part the staff are very friendly but to a Jersey person like myself they run to a "different beat". read more

Went to the Kohl's on Congress Ave in Boynton Beach. They didn't have the item in the size I needed, so the rep working in the dept scanned the tag and told me I could find it at the Kohl's on Sothern Blvd. That was terrific service! Unfortunately, shipping to the Boynton store would take at least 7 days, which was too long & a bit surprising given the Kohl's website was offering same-day pick-up for online orders. I then attempted to order the item on the Kohl's website but could not locate the exact item. Another surprising disappointment. So, I drove to the Kohl's on Southern. The item was there as the rep had indicated (yea!), but the experience with the cashier was frustrating. I was waiting in line a for several minutes before a supervisor motioned me over to one of the cashiers, while saying something like "Why are you standing there while the cashier is waiting for you?" The cashier was busy texting on her phone rather than announcing she was ready to help the next customer in line (me!). After she reluctantly stopped texting, she pressured me to sign up for a Kohl's credit card. She didn't seem to accept my initial "no" response. No means No! At first, the item did not ring up at the correct price. (Really!) Good thing I was watching the info on the register's screen so I could notify the cashier about the erroneous price. The cashier then completed the transaction at a snail's pace. I had to wait for her to complete actions at multiple points in the transaction: pressing buttons on her terminal to acknowledge my payment, placing my item in a bag & generating a receipt. She seemed to be more interested in chewing her gum than in quickly and efficiently processing my transaction. She didn't have a name tag, nor was her name listed on the receipt, so I couldn't offer Kohl's any direct feedback on the cahier's lackluster service. No wonder everyone shops online these days! And when I tried using a Kohl's coupon for a Nike item, I was told that the "storewide" coupon was not valid on Nike products. It's not as though Nike's profit margin isn't large enough to cover the 20% discount. Shame on them! read more

Worst shopping experience ever due to checkout clerk incompetence. Took over 15 minutes to check out the two people in front of me.

The cashier wasn't sure how to ring up the sale. She called a "Manager" over who proceeded to tell me that they have to use my Kohl's cash before they could give me the 25% discount. If I opted to not use the cash they could give me the discount. I always assumed you paid your bill after the discounts were issued. They used $75.00 in kohl's cash, my bill should have only been $48.00 and they gave me 74 cents discount in friends and family. I didn't want to argue because most of their registers were busy and they closed the registers at the side of the store which left the line wrapping around the inside. I had to call Corporate to try to get this corrected. The Southern Blvd store has hardly any product in it which makes me wonder if this location is going out of business. They definitely need Managers that have some customer service experience. read more

This kohls was the best kohls I've been to. They had so much stuff and so many sizes. The only thing I didn't like was when the cashier kept telling me to open up a credit card. Usually has great service and an upbeat staff. Sometimes when there's new hires (and yes, we can tell), the service isn't as good as Kohl's probably would like for it to be. Never really had many issues with the Kohl's on Southern, but have definitely seen instances where these new hires were staring at their phones/etc. I understand it's an entry level job and that college students love money, but honestly the management should do a better job at selection and monitoring of their employees especially when they're young and new. read more

This location is pushing store credit cards to customers hard. This cashier asked me like 7 times if I wanted to open a charge card, even with me saying no every time. Literally the whole check out experience was her trying to manipulate me to open a card. At one point, I felt like leaving the merchandise and leaving the store. I would not recommend this location- unless you like being heckled. I clearly said no numerous times. I'll try another location next time. read more

I had the worst experience there. Tried to buy some clothes there today. I had left my card at home so I gave them my driver's license. They had to call corporate to get approval. After giving social security number, driver's license, another credit card for verification they,said not good enough. We need a utility bill or car registration. Give me a break I didn't need all that to open the account. I told them never mind we didn't really want to spend our money there ever again. What was next a DNA test. I went to 2 other kohls over this same weekend and I noticed that the same clearance items at this store was cheaper than the exact same ones on clearance at the other 2. I am highly disappointed with Kohl's. I recently went to their store and made a few purchases there. On one of the purchases that I was trying to make they did not have the size that I required, so a girl there suggested I use their kiosk, that maybe online they would have it. So I said OK! No problem!!! I did the transaction online and paid through their kiosk. I have YET to receive the package.. (ordered on 3/25/15) which that is not the problem I am having. The problem that I am having is that KOHL'S was the last place I used my CREDIT CARD and that kiosk that I used to pay for my item at compromised my credit card. My credit card information was STOLEN!!!!!!! There must have been a device attached to the kiosk. The last time I had used my credit card before I used it in Kohls was back in Novermber 2014. So it is obvious that It was Kohls kiosk. Please people beware where you swipe your card. Even in a trusted place like Kohls your information gets stolen. I'm so enraged now, having to deal with credit card dispute!!!!! read more
