And it was a high-quality one. They have some good selections in here but I think the main problem is that their service is very nonchalant and as you can see by the other reviews you're probably not going to have a great service experience in here and I certainly didn't. The price included every single piece with alterations, which was great! We chose to pay extra for zubaz lining inside the coats. I did not like that they have a kinda limited color selection. We were looking for tan/brown/beige and I think there was only like 5 shades to choose from. We finally found one we both loved and when the groomsman all went in to get fitted initially, they did try to convince my husband to pick a different suit! Eventually they called us again and said the manufacturer wasn't making the suits we wanted anymore, how convenient. We picked out new suits and they got ordered however, when they came in and nobody called to tell us so we never knew to go in to try them on for additional tailoring- we had to call them. When we went in to try them on it was about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. The inside lining we ordered extra was not sewn in yet and there were still final alterations that needing to be made with some of the arm and leg cuffs. They said come back and pick them up the week of the wedding. We went back again maybe 3 days before and still needed more alterations. The whole thing was just cutting it super close to the wedding and the amount of issues with the alterations and another one with our ring bearers suit was just so much added stress that probably could have been avoided. I would like to add though, they tailor everything, not just suits.

Wouldn't you think the valued customer would get a break? This cost is written in the fine print of their policy. Does anyone read their fine print before buying? Bad me for not doing so. Most manufacturers provide free shipping for any and all parts being replaced under warranty. Tilley is not most and buyers should beware of their meaning of lifetime replacement. The hat is well manufactured but their policy is flawed!

I have been wearing TILLEY hats for about 30 years and here is my opinion…read more In the 1990's I bought "THE TILLEY MESH HAT" and was delighted with it. Finally I found a hat that was breathable, water repellant, light and had a brim I could mold into the shape I wanted, and had a lifetime warrantee against wear, which included a replacement equal to the one I had, without cost to me. The hat originally cost about $75, but It was great, in fact I did need to replace the hat after about 10+ years of daily use, and got an exact replacement from Tilley. I wore that new hat for about another 10+ years and eventually returned that 2nd hat for replacement under the warrantee, however this time the another company, which I suspect, had bought the company from the original owners, required me to destroy the hat and send it in before they would send me a new one. So I complied and received the new hat, however, this one was not the same as the hat I had before. The new hat, that was supposed to be an equal replacement was cheaply made, had no indented crown, the fabric was thinner, the brim was thinner and would not hold a shape and no longer included the warrantee that states: "THE TILLEY MESH HAT The Finest In All The World INSURED AGAINST LOSS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE REPLACED FREE IF EVER WARES OUT"... I do not like the new hat, it's nothing special and I would not buy it again, instead you can find a hat like the new TILLEYs about anywhere and probably cheaper.
