YES!!!! I love that I have a kohls at the end of my street!! They have a great selection of clothes for men, women and children! I found myself in desperate need of a sweater and I didn't get out of work until 9pm and what do you know!! This place was open until midnight i was in and out within 5 minutes with a new sweater and several other items of clothing! Great place!! read more

Unfortunately this store is filthy. I attempted to buy cosmetics. The display was so very dirty. Disgusting. Also, the dressing rooms are in disarray. This may be due to their hiring practices. Sales help is nonexistent and customer service is lacking. read more

Good prices & selection. Store is always stocked with all sizes and variety of styles from beach to business room and everything in between. I do wish they would carry more nicer brands like Ralph Lauren's polo line. Surprisingly good cards in the small stationary section. They have a housewares section and even a cute toy dept. for the big and little kids among us. Plus this location is one story unlike Massapequa which is better for those with difficulties walking. read more

I love Kohls. The prices are fantastic and I always receive discount flyers in the mail since I have a Kohls' credit card. I can literally go in and find just about anything and everything that I need or want and it is a great place to get gifts because the home goods section is awesome. They have a wide variety of candles, picture frames, towels, etc. I have bought many pairs of Converse and Aasics sneakers at Kohls, as well as clothes for work. Their baby and children section also has some really adorable clothes and the prices are so reasonable. I will be a customer for years to come and because I am a MVP since I spend a certain amount of money on my Kohks charge card per year, I get 18 discount offers in the mail and may times the coupon is good for 30% off the total price of the bill which is awesome. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. I really love this specific location a lot. read more

I went here to pay off my entire kohl's charge card, with no interest in buying anything more from this store. I was window shopping a bit and looking around to kill some time before having to pick up a family member from their appointment. As I was leaving, a store employee came running at me accusing me of leaving the store with unpaid merchandise. How insulting? Yeah. I guess you can't window shop anymore. Sad. I'm not really a fan of Kohl's, but I recently relocated back to NY from warm-weather climes and have no work clothes that I will not freeze off a body part in. I stuck to the clearance racks & used a coupon, so I wasn't at all unhappy with the total price. (One of the pair of slacks I bought was waaaaay overpriced, but with the coupon it was just overpriced.) The staff was very helpful, except for one person, and polite. The fitting room attendant was very helpful in finding me an open room (it was busy!) The one staff member who was unhelpful was responding to my request: where is the nearest price checker? She pointed to the selling floor and said, "There." "There?" That's the whole store." Before I could get more than irritated, her colleague jumped in with actual directions. The lines moved quickly because the staff was clearly TRYING to move the lines quickly, which is more than can be said for many Kohl's sites. read more

Worst shopping experience ever!! I have no idea why anyone shops here. I will never again. I used my credit card once spend like $40 on December 24th went to store to make a cash payment on the due date of Jan 13th. Figured I would pay half then and half the month after to improve credit score. Now went today to make the final payment in cash again. Waited on line forever then was told I had to go to the back so I went and waited again on a line to be told to use the phone. Called now my bill went up to like 30 something when it was like 17 something. I was told it was a late fee I told them I used the card once and made a payment and was making a payment today. The rep said that I didn't make a payment in December which is when I used the card I was like WHAT! Why would I pay the same week I charged the card. She had no answer I told them that's bull and I'm not paying the $13 something late fee so she removed it. I told her I wasn't happy she offered to cancel my card. That was her solution to their mistake. REALLY!! Never shop there!!!!! read more

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this Kohl's. I usually shop in Florida where I live, while visiting stopped here. The customer service rep was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to service me. I was purchasing a vacuum and returning a top. I asked if there were any coupons and she said no. I then remembered to check my app and I saw $10off home goods purchase. You would think a customer service rep would know what coupons are available (since there were only 2 available at this time). She seemed annoyed that I found one! When the transaction was over I said thank you have a nice day. No response! I was very cordial to her. I don't usually write negative reviews, however, I have not experienced this type a service from a customer service representative in a long time! read more

I've been shopping around for cologne lately and Kohl's prices are just ridiculous. Where do they come off charging $80 for a Versace set that is $49.99 everywhere else? Bottles that are $30-$35 everywhere are $60 in Kohl's. Even with their famous 30% off, you're still overpaying. Very disappointing. I recently ordered an item for in-store pickup. When I drove all the way to Jericho, they didn't have the item. The lesson here is, WAIT for the confirmation e-mail, otherwise you may waste a trip. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a Kohl's. About a week ago I went in for what I thought would be an easy shoe purchase, however the foul smelling, greasy haired man working in the shoe department seemed to have absolutely no want to help me, and it even got to a point where I had to follow him saying excuse me for nearly three minutes before he even pretended to give me any sort of attention. I usually have a very good experience in this store, however that man should not work in customer service, especially since it seems as though he does not shower and wash his hair. read more

employee lies for her benefit at customer service. After a return I ask to purchase items also, sign indicates returns & checkout, she claims t sign is for online purchases but there are 2 signs which indicate checkout. It's a blatant lie. she decides not to check us out! I'm w my elderly mother whom has had hip & femur replacements due to cancer & she's lying to get out of a few small purchases. Hadn't shopped there for years due to a prior negative experience when an employee wouldn't accept a check based on her "hunch". Employee denied me the use of a shopping cart even though I was carrying 4 boxes of shoes and several shirts. Her cart had 3 women's blouses in it and she refused to allow me to use the cart. I told her that's a customer cart and I'm a customer. She said she needs it and I couldn't use it. I'm sure if I'd brought this to managements attention they would have had her surrender the cart. This employee should be retrained in customer service. read more

If you are XS, like me, you will not find many clothing items that are small enough for you in this store. Most of their XS clothing is really a 4 or a 6 (not a 2- as it should be.)! I have had to buy from the junior dept and children's dept. It's not exactly what I want. read more

I love shopping at Kohl's especially when I have 30% off coupon and Kohl's cash and they have a good selection on merchandise. This store leaves a little more to be desired. They frequently have long lines and not many cashiers. That I can live with but they are very sloppy with their sign placement and I was irritated by one of their cashiers. We were going to buy a new air fryer after Christmas with a gift card. The sign said $79.99 right where this air fryer and the exact same ones were. When we got to the register, it rang up for $149.00. We told her the sign said $79.99. She called someone. My spouse went back to look at the sign. She had the audacity to ask him to take that one back. He didn't. When he came back he said there were a whole bunch of them right by that sign. When the person called her back, she said it was for the bigger one. I asked why these were where the sign was and she said they were in the wrong place. We just left and she sarcastically said "Happy New Year" as we were leaving. I purposely avoid her now when we go there. read more

I am really disappointed in this store. i was there 4 days ago to register for my wedding. No 1 knew how to use the scanner and it took a half hour for them to find 1 that worked. Spent over 2 hours with my mom scanning a bunch of things. The women told me they would email me and when they did i looked and not 1 thing was saved on my registry! I called this morning to tell them nothing saved and all the man said was you can come in and do it again because he can not go back 4 days and get it. That the scanner rebooted a lot of times since I was there. I basically wasted my time and now I will not register there. I will finish my registry at Bed Bath Beyond. read more

I would not recommend this store due to their poor return section. Unfortunately, if you want to return something expect to wait an hour on the line. When asked a manager to help he said he couldn't. The problem is not all registers were being utilized at the time. There is approximately 25 people on line waiting to return By the way the manager's name is Dan. I recognize their are busy however we were hoping the manager could at least help and perhaps ring himself. If this was the holidays I would understand but on a random Sunday it is unacceptable. read more

Great location and selection, but customer service leaves something to be desired. Went to pick up an order placed online, last week, and they couldn't pull up my order. The salesperson was frustrated, and snapped at me as well as several other customers who were complaining how long the customer device line was. Finally found the order, and sent me on my way. Got home to find security tags on all three shirts. Took them Back the next day to get the tags removed got home to find they'd only removed 2! I went back yesterday Black Friday) to remove the final tag. I took advantage of some great sales while I was there. Waited in a line that stretched all the way to the back of the store, which wasn't unexpected on Black Friday. Finally made my purchase, got home to discover (you know where this is headed) the security tags on two pairs of pants!!!! Get it together Kohl's. My time is valuable! read more
