Just outside the Hillingdon hospital. I'm starting to think the owner of the hospital owns this…read morerestaurant and that they make you wait for your doctor for ages on purpose to let your Chinese food craving slowly grow so that you will pop in to this closest restaurant. They are all in cahoots! Very nice ambiant interior, clean, spacious, Chinese love songs in the background. But a bit drafty. Looks look the building used to be an old pub. Start off with the tasty complimentary prawn crackers and a red sauce. The mixed seafood soup was good, not at first, but it grows on you. It's a mix of mussels, shrimp, squid and vegetables. For main course had chicken Sezchuan and Cumin lamb. The odd mushrooms with the Sezchuan sauce was a strange choice that doesn't make sense. And no broccoli. Which for me is fine. I'm with George Bush on this one. The cumin lamb had somewhat of a spice imbalance. Too much cumin powder and too much flour coating. But very flavorful and a large size portion. You dim sum, you lose sum.

Popular and awarded grilled fish in the grill pan is worth to try. Two course special lunch menu only cost £10.99 with free choice bottle soft drinks. It is quick and bargain choice for work lunch beyond the sandwich.

This is a popular place for dim sum for the locals which is serves in the afternoon. The restaurant…read moreis fairly big and is great for groups as there as large tables. However I would not say that the interior decor is modern or very out dated that it need renovation. It was more of the feeling "I know I'm in a Chinese restaurant" Dim Sum is ordered by marking on a menu sheet and then handed to a staff. I am not sure if there is an English version as ours where in Chinese. I'm sure staff happy to translate if there is not. The quality dim sum is comparable or even better than many places in London Chinatown. They even have Yolk bun which is not found in many places in London. This is a steamed bun that is smiliar to custard bun but is has a creamy runny salty egg yolk center which has a slightly sandy texture. This bun is best enjoyed hot so when it arrived make sure you eat it first. The mini egg tarts is made well and on a busy weekend they will run out. Once gone they are gone! I love the congee (savoury Chinese rice pudding) because they are huge portion compare to most places and it come served with Chineses savoury doughnuts. But the prices does reflect the size of the portion. There is a lunch rice and noodle menu. On there is a handmade cuttlefish ball noodle. You won't get this anywhere else so worth trying if you ever visit Go Sing.

This is their favourite Chinese restaurant that they always hit when they're up this way. Go Sing offers an 'all you can eat for one price' deal but you get to order (repeatedly) from a menu of almost 100 dishes. This is probably less wasteful than a buffet and you get to sample the exact dishes that you would like. The staff were friendly and attended to all our needs, refilling tea cups as necessary. We had half a crispy duck to share and my American friends were happy to let me have my favourite part - gnawing the bones! It's hard to go wrong with crispy duck. Then a selection of starters and the undoubted star was the squid in salt and chilli batter - the squid was nice and tender with crunchy and flavoursome batter. We ordered 2 extra portions! For main course, we rated the duck in honey and lemon sauce highly, with the lemon balancing against the honey well. I got my friends to try the ma po tofu, which may have changed their attitude to tofu! A nice place to catch up and get a tummy full of yummy food.

A nice selection of dishes, some classics and some more modern creations. I had the pani puri shots. You can have them with or without vodka. This is quite a fun appetiser, but could have been executed better. The green water was not mixed properly and the shells were not full. Not bad though. You put the whole shell in your mouth, crunch crunch and then take the shot of green spice water. You get six shot glasses, five with the green water and one with yoghurt and tamarind, although the server called this turmeric, which it was not. The potato bhajia was pretty good, nice and crispy and a large serving. All the sauces are made off-site and purchased from a vendor (they told me). The tamarind sauce was soso, but chilli sauce was good. The mango lassi was a bit small being served in a copper mug, rather than a tall glass. I imagine this lounge is nice looking in the evening a probably the place to be in the local suburbia. But service was a bit inattentive. Literally 10 people running back and forth, but no one stopping to check on you. In an empty restaurant. At least I got a £5 off when downloading the app.
