The main meals, of which I've tried about half a dozen, are all very good, Italian-British fusion, and the pizzas are all excellent. They are always willing to do a special little dish for our son, as they don't have an official children's menu. The wine offerings at Sazio's are nothing short of excellent -- all picked with care, and the descriptions truly match the experience. Unless you go between 12 and 5, Sazio's isn't a cheap eat, but if you can afford to live or eat out in Harpenden, you won't be shocked at the prices. Every time we've been there, the service has been very attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the last time we went there, we had a young Polish girl that was extremely dismissive and looked put out every time we asked her for anything. We waited for over 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and weren't offered an apology.
