Breakfast no meat. 2 eggs, 2 full toasts, 2 hashbrowns, $6.99.

As my first review said I go here quite a bit and have for years. Just popped in the other day after not coming around for a few months and same wonderful people own it (for almost 17 years I think). I had a full breakfast for $6.99, and they still make the best Chai Latte on the south side. Prices are reasonable or cheaper if you compare items from Starbucks or Second Cup. Quality is still very good, always everything fresh. Consistency is super important to me. They also sell lottery, smokes and chips in case most people don't know. And bonus = free wifi no password. Needless to say I can sit there for a while. Overall highly recommended again.

The high value breakfast sandwich is only $7.50.

This is definitely one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" type places. You could easily miss it because it's right next to Ricky's. We ordered the "Breakkie" (that's how it's spelled). My daughter ordered samosas and chana masala. Our breakfast sandwiches were good value and certainly filling. There was lots of bacon. I appreciated that the eggs were not over cooked. My daughter said her dish was great and she wants to come back. I found the coffee to be very nice; there was a choice of three kinds of coffee. If you order the large coffee make sure you are thirsty because it's huge and must be double the size of the regular coffee. Service is very "American" which means that the owner will call from across the café to greet you. Decor is...inexpensive, but clean. I wouldn't drive across the City to eat here but if you want breakfast or lunch and especially if you like foods of India, I can recommend Koffee Café.

I ordered a masala tea, Its quite good and flavourfu. Moreover, ambience is good as well. Service is quite fast.

Kung Fu Tea

Looking for bubble tea in the SouthEast side of YEG? KungFu tea is the place to be! I've actually…read morenever heard of this place, but a friend mentioned it to me & that they've recently had a grand opening. Location is in a neighbourhood stripmall, but it's in very close proximity to an elementary school, Grant MacEwan South Campus & near an ETS bus station, so I can see why it would be there. It does share a parking lot with the other shops there, so parking can be hit or miss. Inside has a lot of seating, no high chairs or change tables that I've seen. But it's clean, modern & has a TV displaying the feature drinks. Menu right now is only drinks, but there was display equipment leading me to believe that there is potential for food in the future?! The drink menu also runs along the lines of Coco's bubble tea where you can choose the level of sweetness & ice that's added to the drink. I ordered 3 of the top 10 drinks...strawberry lemonade with aloe jelly, taro milkshake with Oreo crumbles, and kungfu milk tea with sago. I liked them all and the price point wasn't too bad either. It didn't take them long to prepare & they were friendly & if you need drinks to go they have plastic bags, but also paper tray cup holders. I'm pretty impressed & although it wasn't busy, I can definitely see it getting that way in the summer months, and I'll probably be going back for more soon!

Another Bubble tea franchise with the sugar levelling system you must decide. To be honest I'm not…read morepicky about how much sugar there is so if your one of those people who are strict on your diet or what you intake, this place is definitely for you. I find that their selection is lacking fruity flavours that stand alone such as honey dew or cantaloupe and etc. They have their own pre made selections which is disappointing. The hangout space is big and welcoming but I feel that it's lacking that welcome home to chill and play games. I guess you can chit chat here for a bit but that's pretty much it. Washrooms are well kept, atmosphere is well lit, and staff is friendly. Parking is cramped due to stores nearby. The bubble tea drink is okay, I recommend getting the normal sized tapioca balls because the mini's are weird tasting and more risk for choking. Recommended for anyone looking to try a new bubble tea location but just to try. Unless you live near here it may be your go to spot for a quick fix.
