Nowhere do they clearly explain that these "deals" only apply to some vague "select inventory." What that really means is the price you see online includes an extra ~$100/month discount that magically disappears the second you walk in. Conveniently, every car you actually want is "no longer part of that program" or "just sold." Classic bait and switch. On top of that, the place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Communication is poor, expectations aren't set, and everything feels intentionally unclear. The sales manager, Sam, has zero interest in honoring what's advertised online. Instead, they look for every possible angle to increase the price once you're already there. If you enjoy the old school pressure tactics like "what's it going to take to earn your business today," this is your spot. Just know the number you saw online is nowhere close to what you'll actually pay. Expect it to jump 30-50% by the time they're done. I guess it's hard with so many different lots taking car of seperate business communication can be lost somewhere but it is frustrating as the one responsible for payments as you can imagine. Midway through my lease I went to talk to the dealer who dealt with me, they said he is no longer with us, I explained the situation I was in and they laughed and said this is why that particular dealer is no longer working with them. I realized no one is willing to help so I kept my lease till its end. I return it in December 2019. Again, still getting calls from major world asking if its returned. The loan company says the dealership told them I returned it but they didnt provide any other information they need to give me a closing bill and it's difficult for the loan company to get ahold of anyone to find out for example who accepted keys, how many miles and date of return. So keep receipts! On the plus side every employee is nice to meet and talk to. They were quick to help me because of my credit. But trully it's a business with a purpose to sell and deal cars. Cassandra in particular always takes care of me with a bright smile, congenial personality and she always makes me feel like I'm family. Communication is clear I always understand what's going on . Although it can be mind-numbing boring waiting for your car to be serviced., I find that time flies once I'm waiting. They have a nice set up for people -Internet connection snacks and TV. I was in Buffalo for a year and I never use any of the Mazda's Upstate because I really trusted this particular location . Worst place ever brought my car here for service and they had my car for two weeks. They did…read morenothing same problems, same issues and also bad communication. There was something wrong with my suspension and they claimed I denied the service which I never got a called to decline anything, they were supposed to change The engine mount and they did not change anything only tighten screws and changed the rubber for the engine mount. Don't understand. How did these guys have my car for two weeks and did nothing ridiculous I do not recommend this place. But last but not least I was told I will get a call for what they did to the car. It's been literally two weeks and I still have got no call from the assistant manager which she told me she was gonna call me and never did just terrible.
