Got multiple bids from several companies. Really wanted to patronize a local business. Superficially, it looked like other, big box businesses, were less expensive. Upon closer inspection -- not necessarily. For example, some only took down make and model of vehicle, not VIN number. Turns out windshields get upgraded, too, with vehicle upgrades. Roscoe Glass wanted the VIN, right from the start. Roscoe Glass quoted a price, explained process. Gracious. Zero pressure. Big box companies had some deceptive practices going on. Later some hounded me. (Wanna bet they sold my info, too?) After several days of checking out different versions, decided Roscoe Glass was most confidence inspiring. They had next day apptmts. Excellent. They had kept all the info from the first call. Nice. Took vehicle in the next day. Excellent repair. They explained windshield had been replaced before. There were some problems with how that had been done. As such, there was a small difference on the current windshield installation. Ok, thank you. Thorough. But now comes the magic. I go out to my vehicle. Front door will not unlock. Not with fob, not with key. All others open. Oh dear. What happened? Went back into store. A technician came and checked. He thought something had come loose. (Literally completely incidentally. Not their fault. They had done nothing on the driver side window.) They took the vehicle back into shop. They took the door apart, reattached whatever had come loose. Did not charge extra. Who does this any more? I will not go anywhere else for windshields or glass anything. Such a pleasant, high quality experience. Could not have been better. Customer service is alive and well at Roscoe Glass.

As once being heavily involved in real estate selling and building, we know just how important it is to give good service and do what we say we are going to do. This company was represented by a very caring-lets get the job done type person. He did what he said he would do and beyond. What is nice is that same attitude carried over to the people who actually put the roof on. The roof looks great because JM's people cared. The whole process was done within a week of first meeting with the sales manager. The roof itself only took about 14 hours to complete (and we have a complicated roof) and it was done the right way. Our hats go off to the whole crew; from the sales manager to the fellas who made sure all debris was picked up. The neighbors appreciated that too. THANK YOU JM Construction. After taking a closer look, I noticed several loose track bolts and suspected something wasn't installed correctly. After reading reviews, I contacted Excellence Garage Doors and spoke with Raymond. He listened carefully to my concerns and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Raymond arrived on time as promised and immediately impressed me with his friendly personality and professional demeanor. He performed a thorough inspection of all three garage doors and quickly identified the problem. The lag bolts securing the tracks had been installed incorrectly and were the wrong size. Not only did he correct the issue on the affected door, but he also inspected the remaining garage doors and found several other loose fasteners that needed attention. We decided it would be best to replace all the lag bolts to prevent any future issues. What I appreciated most was that Raymond took the time to explain everything he was doing and why the repairs were necessary. There was never any pressure or upselling--just honest recommendations and quality workmanship. He carefully adjusted the tracks, tightened and replaced hardware where needed, inspected the garage door openers, and made sure every component was operating as it should. By the time he was finished, all of my garage doors were operating smoothly, quietly, and better than they had since I purchased the home. It's easy to see that Raymond takes great pride in his work. His knowledge, attention to detail, and confidence come from years of experience and factory training from leading garage door manufacturers. He went above and beyond what I expected, and his pricing was more than fair for the amount of work performed. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable garage door company, I highly recommend Excellence Garage Doors. Raymond delivered exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, fair pricing, and an overall outstanding experience. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future garage door repairs or maintenance. 5-Stars!
