After 3 plus weeks of daily calls and emails with no resolution, I finally googled and found LOADS of stories just like mine. As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. We all know that Fedex can reroute packages so this further contributes to the LIES. If I return the damaged product, I am told that I am responsible for shipping costs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

So I called Dave, he said he would be down to my house and he showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, as well as fixing several other issues and came back to repair the issue on time at a reasonable price. When he returned to do the repair, he brought a young man with him who was so very polite and respectful I now have a new electrician. They came, they were as neat as possible, tarps and they took their shoes off before the stepped in my house, that is respectful.
