It was fluffy inside but strong enough to hold the fried eggplant, roasted peppers, mozzarella and basil that made up the sandwich. I still think about that bread. I always use self checkout so can't comment much on staff but this is a decent place. It could be tidier in general but with good prices and a terrific selection, I can't complain.
