Texted number to politely cancel the appt due to work being completed over 48 hrs before their half confirmed appt and the guy read me the riot act. Would not recommend. Also he confirmed the date of the appt but without a time then said cash only. which if I knew ahead of time It may have changed my decision initially.

Only 25 dollars? How? Is that right? Years ago, I had this same piece of glass cut at a car glass place in Chula Vista and the car company charged me $100. Pacifica was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I'm putting their number in my phone for eternity.

I have used Atlas in the past for tree service and have been happy with their services…read more I called and left a message many weeks ago about scheduling a repeat visit. I never received a callback. I did receive a call from another tree service and scheduled with them. I needed to get the work done and never got a response to my message for Atlas. I scheduled with the other company and the work was completed. They did a great job. I received two calls on 4/21/25 from Jeff at Atlas wanting to speak with me. (This was a few weeks after the work had been completed by the other company.). Also, Jeff's call came long after I had originally left the message for Atlas about scheduling the repeat service call. When I connected with Jeff, I found out he wasn't calling me about scheduling anything. He was calling me about an employee he apparently is having a dispute with. He wanted information about what had transpired and my scheduling with the other company. I explained how I scheduled with them as I never received a return call from Atlas. I needed to get the work done and didn't have time to wait for Atlas to call me back. Atlas' disputes with their current or former employees are absolutely none of my concern. In my opinion, it was completely inappropriate and out-of-line for Jeff to call me to dredge up information regarding Atlas' employees and alleged disputes the company may be having with them. Bottom line: Disputes between a company and their employees should remain between the company and the employee. Customers should never be pulled into the dispute. In my opinion, Jeff of Atlas Tree demonstrated extremely poor judgment with his decision to call me and dredge up information regarding their employee and potential issues. I won't be considering Atlas / SaveATree (their new name) in the future because of this interaction with Jeff.

I am very pleased with the work done by the Wensel Group. I moved into a fix-upper about 5 years…read moreago. At the time, everything needed to be updated but I really wanted to get the back yard done first so we had a place to relax. I would say I probably met with 9 different contractors between pool contractors and landscape companies. Some had better sales teams then others but it is really difficult to decide who to settle with. I had a referral from a couple family friends with a very well known pool company but I did not have a good feeling about the sales team or the price for everything I wanted. When I met with the Wensel Group, Troy came out to my place and looked at some of my sketches for what I wanted. He was very good about explaining each facet of the design I liked, what it would cost, and how I could play with the idea a little to either make it look better or bring down the price. Ultimately I felt very confident with my decision in using Troy for the project. His company did everything working with different sub-contractors so I didn't have to deal with two contracting companies at once for the pool and the yard. Troy used our existing pool shape to design the remodel and add a hot tub. He helped to oversee the project all the way to make sure all the details were taken care of. Getting your entire yard and pool done is no small task and it did take time but I am very happy with my results and overall experience in service, price, and attention to detail.
