Meaning their website and the sign hanging in the window says so, but it's not true. Some old grumpy lady never flipped the sign around to open but we saw the lights were on. So I called and the grumpy old lady, said yeah it's 9:00, I had to correct her and tell her it's 9:15 and the door was still lock. After that, I was lied to about the bats she told me they had this past Friday and she never came to help except the one time I asked. She got mad cause she had to get off her chair and do something. He was very patient in first introducing himself and second, listening to me in all my concerns and past injuries that would affect the shoe fitting. To start the process he asked me to step on a board for about 2 to 3 minutes that will show my foot stretcher specifically how my foot would be when I hit the ground. He also measured both feet and found that my right foot was one half inch shorter than my left foot. That was from the varicose veins that was not allowing circulation to come to my foot Then Terry asked me to walk up and down two types of walkways in the store. The first one was an asphalt type track that you have at any major track meet. The second one was a hardwood floor. He was looking for a specifically any deviations of my foot when I walked or ran. He also had me try on three different pairs of shoes at least. We found that the Asics gel kayano was the best for me! At checkout I found that the price was discounted since it was the last type of shoe of that lot. The price went down for $154 to $100 even! Boy I was very surprised in that! The entire process took 40 minutes to complete from the time I walked in to the time I walked out of the store! Well worth the drive from Gettysburg Pennsylvania to York Pennsylvania!!
