I get it it's a bike shop and they sell and fix more…read moreexpensive bikes but I was trying to get this bike through the last few weeks of summer for my child. I explained the issue. I know they were short staff and it was busy , my plan was to drop it off and pick it up whenever he said it was done (I was cool with a few days no biggie). Pretty much told me it wasn't worth fixing it's a cheap bike and I should use it for parts. I'm well aware the bike was cheap. Didn't give me a price so I could make a decision myself and it honestly felt as if he just didn't want to be bothered and had better stuff to do. No problem I was in the market for a bike for myself and my wife in the near future. Had no problem spending several hundred dollars. Will never come back to this place buy anything from here or have anything serviced. This is my second and last unpleasant experience here.

A far cry from what these bikes are actually worth. If coming to a place to be treated like you're a bother and get ripped off is your thing.. then this is your place to buy a bike. I went in looking for cam cleats for a sailboat and they had no idea what cam cleats were, instead directing me to "Jam cleats", which are not interchangeable. They aren't sailboat guys, so it's okay I guess. The boats on the used lot seem to have extremely high asking prices relative to fair market value and what those models sell for in proximal geographies. I am sure they've been gone through by the mechanics and are in tip top shape but I am not sure if that justifies the 2-3X increase over the normal price.

its a nice shop with a nice a store owner. but recently my friend had a problem with her he brought…read morein two wheels to be completely dismantled. but when he got them they still had the spine on the rear hub. she then told him to "go to another shop to get it off" it coasted 15$ for each wheel so i was not that mad. i took it to another shop and they said they could not take it off because they needed the wheel for leverage they tried clamping it down but it is made out of aluminum so its soft and it might break so now he has to spend 15$ AGAIN to get it laced then 15 more for them to properly dismantle it. other than that me myself don't have any problems with the store other than a attitude once in awhile.
