To start the process he asked me to step on a board for about 2 to 3 minutes that will show my foot stretcher specifically how my foot would be when I hit the ground. He also measured both feet and found that my right foot was one half inch shorter than my left foot. That was from the varicose veins that was not allowing circulation to come to my foot Then Terry asked me to walk up and down two types of walkways in the store. The first one was an asphalt type track that you have at any major track meet. The second one was a hardwood floor. He was looking for a specifically any deviations of my foot when I walked or ran. He also had me try on three different pairs of shoes at least. We found that the Asics gel kayano was the best for me! At checkout I found that the price was discounted since it was the last type of shoe of that lot. The price went down for $154 to $100 even! Boy I was very surprised in that! The entire process took 40 minutes to complete from the time I walked in to the time I walked out of the store! Well worth the drive from Gettysburg Pennsylvania to York Pennsylvania!!

Even the clearance room, which was low on inventory was clean and organized. I was greeted upon entry and when leaving. The cashier was friendly and professional. My only gripes are that this place is dated and out of the way. The parking lot needs alot of attention. There's potholes and it needs repaved. The parking lines are so worn they're hardly visible. I almost parked in a handicap spot because the signage was so worn I didn't see it. Also the prices are high, and they could use a better selection of shoes geared towards elderly folks - with adjustable flaps and Velcro. But if you're looking for something specific - work shoes, boots, Crocs, etc this is your spot. Do join their loyalty program, even if you are not a regular customer chances are you'll still save a buck or two. Worth noting: They have a strict return policy. Make sure they fit before you leave the building and leave the tags intact. If the soles are dirty, even from trying them on at home on a hard floor, they'll deny your return. This is even posted at the register, and trust me they do inspect them well!
