Big shout out to others in Yelp community for their honest and totally on point 5-starz for this great company. Luis began text consults with me only a few hours after I solicited bids from him and 4 other detailers. I felt bad hassling him after normal working hours too. But man he gave me a mobile service to our home within 48 hours to search for a dead rodent odor in our car. Previously the Firestone garage searched behind the glove box and couldn't find anything...and recommended going to a body shop for dashboard removal!!!! Luis was amazing!! Began pulling panels and when he was beginning steam carpet cleaning pulled up a section on passenger side and BINGO there it was. About a week dead but can imagine how it'd be smelling as hot summer progressed ??? And the rest of his interior deep cleaning Left our 14 year old ride as clean as driving it off lot. God I wish Yelp offered 100-STAR ratings. LUIS THE BEST. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN MAD

He did a great job getting back to me when I had questions and kept me updated on his arrival time, which I greatly appreciated as I had meetings and his punctuality helped ensure my day went as smoothly as possible. As I checked throughout the process, he did not hesitate to pause and let me know about the progress or answer additional questions. Honestly, it was a joy to watch how my car transformed and was hard to keep letting Nick know how happy I was. After Nick left my neighbors mentioned how the car looked brand new and just further validated I made the right decision to ask Nick to detail my car. Thank you Nick for all the time and effort you put into my car, it looks amazing!

I reached out, and within 10 minutes he responded, provided pricing, and had me scheduled for the very next day at 11 AM. Before I even get to the quality of his work, I have to mention how impressed I was with Brandon's communication and reliability. By 8:30 the next morning, he had already reached out to see if he could come by earlier than our scheduled appointment, which worked perfectly for us. He kept me updated when he left, provided his ETA, and let me know when he arrived. These days, when it's unfortunately so common to be left waiting or even ghosted by service providers, that level of communication is incredibly appreciated. And his work was just as impressive. Brandon detailed our van and left it absolutely spotless. We were so happy with the results that, once he finished, we asked if he happened to have time to take care of a second vehicle, our Lucid Air Dream Edition. He said yes, took a well-deserved break, and then came back to tackle vehicle number two. Once again, he did not disappoint. The Lucid was left immaculate. We're so glad we found Brandon and will absolutely be calling him again to help keep our vehicles looking their best. He's responsive, reliable, easy to work with, and takes real pride in the quality of his work. If you're considering booking with Brandon, do it. You won't be disappointed. Brandon, thank you again for making the entire experience so easy and for doing such a fantastic job on both vehicles. We'll definitely be seeing you again soon!
