Just be a human being and give it what it wants. Vladimir is the owner of the business. He was my Referal Steve was my technician. Steve had to go get a $60 plastic part the cost for them to come out is $125. My total bill was 185. It took a day and a half because of having to get parts I had a chance to clean all the parts so that when my machine was reassembled, it didn't have 12 years of dog and human grossness, it truly wasn't that bad but still. I will call these guys again and again less is more if you have older stuff it was built better than the new stuff that's on the market appliance wise again this was a washer.
