It didn't crumble or fall apart. My only comment is that they don't slice the sandwich in half. So, you have to do that when you get it home. There was definitely enough meat and cheese inside to justify the price you pay. The mozzarella sticks come in an order of 5 and were crispy despite the 5-7 min ride home in the container.
