The 3rd time is a charm. As part of our move from San Francisco to Aurora, CO, we decided to ship…read moreour EV, rather than suffer range anxiety while out on the range. It was a big decision because we had used other services to ship other cars in the past and, on both occasions, those cars suffered pretty severe damage. We were referred to moveauto by the moving company that is transporting our household possessions. The furniture move coordinator assured us that we had nothing to worry about based on the fact that he'd been referring customers to moveauto for several years with no complaints. Here's what I liked: They picked up and delivered the car within the time range specified. At first they wanted us to drive across town to meet the driver in a shopping mall's parking lot. Instead, the driver said he could pick it up from our house. That was a big plus. They delivered the car on time and in good condition. Monica, who coordinated the move, was there to answer questions along the way. There was some confusion over the name of the trucking company that picked up the car (It was LVIV, not moveauto). We had some questions about the timing and logistics surrounding the pick-up, and she resolved them. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The price was comparable to alternatives, and we figured it is on a par with what it would have cost us to drive to Denver, taking into account meals, hotel stays, and charging the car. I highly recommend moveauto.

After the walk through and not finding anything wrong with our car, we signed off on a perfect vehicle transport. Big mahalo to Jennifer! I made a major career move to relocate across the country. A vehicle is a precious investment used daily & I needed a safe transport. As a result, by use of Golden Key Express to transport my vehicle was the least of my concerns! I spoke several times with Harold & Holly on the phone before my car was transported such as logistics (i.e., the location to drop off my vehicle from my departure to where the vehicle would stay at a safe place upon arrival before I arrived in my desired area) & all communication lines were clear! Third-party brokers were not needed to complicate the procedure. I met Harold at the desired location (great guy & cute doggie!); meanwhile, since I remained on the East Coast for a few weeks, I rented a car at the local airport as I finished business with my old job. Next, Harold transported my car across the country and sent occasional texts to inform each vehicle owner of what location of the country he was at during the trip. He landed out West with my car and placed it in a safe location. Finally, I arrived at a West Coast airport to my destination a few weeks later, I received my car at the specified location. Golden Key Express as a whole performed a fantastic job! No stress on this dilemma of a major move--Thanx Golden Key Express!

Thank you Harold, we greatly appreciate your great service and would definitely use your service again in the future!

He explained that it's because he delivers individual cars, and not from a multi cargo trailer. I quickly realized that is much more convenient with time flexibility and more importantly - makes a more dramatic entrance when he gets to your residence and here you are recording and documenting your first luxury car purchase, like in our case. BUT, before going with Robert, I wanted to check with what Audi was offering, and it turns out.. wait for it.. it's also Robert. So, it was a done deal. Robert was quick to initiate contact, went over the process and scheduling. On top of that, he even recorded the time he was picking up the vehicle from the dealership (definitely bonus points). At the time of arrival, he informed us of his ETA, and we were more than ready for documenting this wonderful experience. He definitely completed the experience with Audi 100%!
