At the time he said he could fix it, with no problem. Days after he messaged saying he could fix for another $185. It was then she decided she just wanted it back. He told her husband that he could return the money in 3 days. That never happened and when we went to retrieve the iPad, He tried to scam us out of more money, he then became very volatile. After he had threatened us and got us upset; he then went into his home yelling he was scared for his life! "For his recording I'm sure"and returned pulling a gun as we were walking back to our vehicle. We informed him we had 2 children in the car to put the gun away. But instead he stood in front of our car. It was t until I pulled my camera out that he hid the gun and proceeded to laugh He has also called and messaged multiple times with threats and trying to charge more money, just today!! Have tried to have police retrieve our item with no luck. So we are out an iPad and $225 so far!

My boyfriend paid roughly $175 for a new battery. I was afraid that they would damage it more or remove all my data, and that they did. I was given my tablet back with a broken screen (ruined my ART tablet with PRESSURE SENSITIVITY with an apple pen), a chip (moreso chunk) of the glass on my screen was GONE and the screen was completely cracked. They filled the missing chunk with resin to "fix" the issue. Not only that, but my power button NO LONGER WORKED. They "enabled controls" so I had to turn off my tablet with buttons on the screen. They accused me of saying the reason why the screen was was broke is because of "micro cracks" that couldn't be seen when they tried to remove the screen. Never told me the reason my power button is broke. When I got home I didn't think it could get any worse, but once it was almost dead I plugged it in only to find out IT DID NOT CHARGE. They did not fix my battery issue and so my mom took it in because they didn't fix the battery, they took it in the back and gave it to my mom saying it charges fine (it still doesnt) and after that day she took it, when it was off and I tried to turn it on, it showed that IOS needed to be restored, which means they DELETED IOS off my tablet completely, which in return makes me lose ALL of my data and things on my tablet. So, in all they broke my screen, power button, removed IOS off my tablet, and didn't even fix the issue. They refused to refund my boyfriend or fix what they broke, rather offered to fix it for blank price. Now I will have to take my tablet in to get fixes for repairs that can range from $500-$800. Thanks for nothing.

Was Awful Husband bought me a custom computer for my…read morebirthday. It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. I asked for all my boxes for the Mother board , Graphics,etc... only got the graphics and when we took it back in they switched the good graphics card for less quality one .VERY HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND These guys unless you want to be lied to ripped off. Im still shocked about this . The older man was nice and was he was pissed at guys for what they did he told them to give me what I wanted. well it was a massive rip off for that much money . And I did not get what I wanted But hell you pay someone that much to custom make you a computer and it is just the biggest let down. plus only thing that was new was the graphics but they took it back and gave me a worse one unreal. I didn't know much about Pcs back then but I do now. I did know what i wanted though. Tried doing updates on my cd/dvd rw and guess what I couldn't . Because they lied about what was actually in it . The casing of the dbl layer said it was a LightScribe It had a off brand one and a very old HP one, but they put it in a double case of a LightScribe one . I didn't' find out until few years later when i actually took it and opened the dvd case thing myself hard drive was not new, nothing was but it did have some cool looking blue lights in it. that did not last long.I am very sure they will remember who I am because it was not cool at all. maybe not my name but they will know what this is about. EXSPECIALLY THE PORN. When I called and asked why in the Event Viewer there were a massive amount of things lit up red saying there was stuff wrong and not on and warnings , my answer from them was, Why the hell are you in there anyway , I said well probably because its my computer. Then I was told very rude that no support was offered and that they had to learn everything their selves. The reason was because it was a custom upgraded windows xp to a windows 7 and it could not run everything that the windows 7 did because to old of hardware so a lot of things were turned off to make it run and look like it was ok . But it was far from it. this will never happen again !!!!!!!

I did a Google search and found Yelp. I made a request to have a piece of electronic equipment…read morerepaired (installation of a new frontal display). A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.

I even honked the horn 3 times...no one out of the truck, so I tried to find him in office...but the driver wasn't in office...he was in the truck the whole 20 min I waited. Once he came out of the truck, I told him to move his truck...he had a very bad attitude & didn't even care that he was parked illegally. I contacted Staples Corporate office, spoke to a manager & he assured me that they will take of this matter... I hope that actually happens. I've always had great experiences inside the store, but this interaction with this particular driver has put a negative feeling of how their driver's are trained.
