The food is one of the better parts, but it isn't enough to make up for the overall experience. If you're hoping to find unique antiques or hidden treasures, you'll probably leave disappointed after digging through piles of low-quality merchandise. Like any place that sells fresh produce, sometimes you might get a bad peach or such. However, 99% of the time I've always had good fruit and vegetables from them. They also sell some jar items, but never tried them. If you go, you might want to call first because they are seasonal. I think they close down after November. If you go out Hwy 36 from Rosenberg watch for the red "Open" sign. The turn off road is right across Hwy 36 from a concrete yard. My one and only complaint is having to cross a busy railroad track to get in.
