The alternate placement that they offered was not acceptable to my mother. In an attempt to upcharge the to the placement she requested, we were told it would only be available if we were willing to pay twice the price - Not Happening! We now must start the procedure all over again at another facility because they are unwilling honor their commitment to accommodate her needs. Bottom line - don't believe a thing they tell you.
