When we moved to Croton in 2019, we had plans for updating and customizing our home. We tried really hard to find good contractors, having had bad experiences in the past. Unfortunately we kept having one bad experience after another. Bad quality, unfinished work, open permits, huge delays, big increases in cost from the estimates, and in general headaches for us to deal with. Fernando came in and fixed all our problems. Other contractors took 3 months to grade, install a basic stone wall, and dig a hole for a rain garden. Then they quoted us $45k to finish the work. When we said that was too high they left us with a mess. Fernando took 6 days to do that same work for half the cost. Then on top of that he fixed a huge mistake the other crew made on the rain garden and installed a good system that makes us much more confident our home is protected from big storms. The whole time he was much more transparent about materials and cost and timing than anyone else we dealt with. We're hoping that he's available for all our future projects and so happy that we finally found such a great contractor. The tub is shiny on the outside and one the sides inside and has a non-slip finish on the bottom inside part of the tub. The hairline cracks on the floor tiles are no longer visible. Although the wall tiles still look good, we were so impressed with Adam's work on the bathtub and the bathroom floor that we decided to have Adam come back and do the wall tiles as well. The transformation is incredible! My son's bathroom looks brand new! Adam said he would give us a 20-year guarantee for his work. We will show his work to our neighbours to see if they also need his surfaces to reglaze/resurface their bathtubs, showers and bathroom wall and floor tiles or kitchen tiles.
