She is an excellent diagnostician. She treats clients as she…read morewould treat her own family members. She is very thorough. I would rather see a clinician like her as opposed to other practices where-you see a different person every time. They can be polite and organized but not provide adequate care. Example-doctor I've never seen before does not bother to look up my lab results-asks me how the labs were-did not even look at them.(I am a retired nurse).

Now that I have switched (new ins.), she not only remembers my family, I feel as though, I'm treated like family. She takes her time. She is thorough and careful. She explains things. I've only been seeing her for a bout a year now but I've been a few times already as I got the flu and I needed a physical. I'm also diabetic and while I see an endocrinologist regularly for that, she was very attentive to my diabetes and wants to stay updated on my endocrine appointments. As for my grandmother, when my grandma passed, it was Dr. Nwangwu's who listened to her symptoms and really investigated. She was able to help find the cause of her pain shortly before her passing. It was unexpected and the answers came as a result of the thorough labwork Nwangwu had ordered. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes (I've visited the office probably 6 or 7 times this year) and when I had trouble initially and misunderstanding with my insurance claim, I questioned my bills and they reviewed each claim with me. I was even offered a discount on my portion since I'd felt there had been some misunderstanding regarding my insurance/initial visit. She's great.

This place is great . I've been involved with 3 pain management clinics in the last 7 years. The…read moreother 2 places were dirty, full of obvious junkies and low live. They we're pill mill zoos. You would place your urine sample on a table with a dozen others. That creates possibilities of mix ups l. at Livwell, the people go seem like respectable persons. The place is clean, wait times where short 20 mins at the most. I arrive about 30 minutes early anyway, so often I'm in a room before my scheduled time. The staff there is great. Nice, helpful people from the nurses to the APRNs, Docs, to the front office staff. been going there for 2 years and haven't had a bad wait ever. I would wait hours at the other places. you give your urine to the nurse who has a station by the bathroom. You put your sample into a bag and off it goes. Livewell handles the samples professionally unlike other places. The are very helpful over the phone and relay things to the Doctor very quickly, so they end up calling you back pretty fast. have never run into a bad situation with them really. They all know me there, I walk up to the desk and the say "Hi Mark how are you? You're all set, have a seat". I rarely wait more than 10 minute, but like I said I arrive pretty early. About 75% of the time I'm leaving the office a little earlier than my appointment time, if not maybe a few minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. They don't over book. at most I've see 5 others waiting with me. The other places overbooked all the time. There would be 15-20 people waiting. It was a zoo of crack addicts, dope heads and just unsavory people. Dr. Krippa is awesome, really cool. APRN Bogues is who I see most of the time. Shes very cool, listens to you and answers questions. Goes quick but they do everything the need to answer questions etc. I've never felt rushed out of there. If you call and something is wrong with a medication they communicate to your provider very quickly. They listen to me there, unlike the pill mils I've been too. Odds are the negative reviews her are because some people are simply morons. Then you have the fakers, the pain management shopping type people, people that got cut off because they failed a test And people whose condition doesn't warrant pain pills. I travel about 1 hour an 15 minutes to go there from my house. Completely worth it. There are places closer but I've read a lot of those places are just grimy pill mills. I use Veyo medical transport, so I don't have to pay which is nice. Sometimes I arrive late, but I call ahead and let them know. No matter how late I was, they saw me quickly. Wish more places were like that. In conclusion, in my 7 years of being in pain management, this place is by far the best. Everything usually very smooth. The other ones were a complete crapshoot ending up most of the time with some issue or another. I wish I could give 10 stars! Livwell rocks!

For what, I have no idea. The receptionist said, "they are just creating your file.". Eventually I saw a nurse who told me she was going to ask me some questions and to just answer yes or no, and not to explain anything to her. After that, I took a drug test in an absolutely disgusting bathroom. At that point, I was a little confused because I don't take drugs. I was referred to this place by my APRN because she thought they did physical therapy and medicine management. I was never offered physical therapy here. When I finally met the provider, it was on a zoom call. I waited in a waiting room for an hour and a half to see someone online? I could do that at home and not have to miss work. The provider said that with my pain level, opiates could be prescribed. I told him that I was not willing to take opiates, and I was not aware that this is what this would be about. We settled on a different medicine and I agreed to come back another time. The second time I came, again I came 15 minutes early as I was told to do and was still sitting in the waiting room an hour later. The receptionist wanted me to sign a paper saying that I consented to be prescribed opiates, and that I would take a drug test, etc., even though in the previous discussion with the provider, I made it abundantly clear that I will not take opiates. Then another person, not sure of her qualifications, sat me down and took my blood pressure. She asked me some questions about taking a urinalysis for opiates. I said I'm not taking opiates, honestly I'm not even sure why I'm here because I only take muscle relaxers as needed, not even on a regular basis. She completely ignored me when I said that. She sent me back to the waiting room. After 45 minutes of sitting there in the waiting room, I go to the receptionist and ask her how much longer it will take because I've been sitting here since 2:45 PM. She proceeded to tell me that my appointment was not until 3 o'clock. I said yes, but I was told to get here at 2:45 and it is now 3:30. She kindly tried to reassure me that it wouldn't be too much longer. So I went and sat down for another 15 minutes and at that point is when I said I'm not doing this. This was a complete waste of my time and money both times. Horrible experience. My only regret is that I didn't snap a picture of the disgusting bathroom to post with this review. But also, I was forced to sign a form saying that I would not take pictures of the office.
