I would not recommend H&H Painting based on my experience…read more We signed contracts for two bathroom remodels with an expected construction duration of approximately six weeks. While the project began within the allowable start window, the work is now months beyond the promised completion timeframe. We also had warranty work from exterior painting that we previously contracted with H&H Painting that needs to be completed. After more than 13 weeks of periodical work, one bathroom remained unfinished, the second bathroom had not been started, and the exterior painting was still incomplete. Communication throughout the project was extremely poor. Multiple emails, text messages, phone calls, and voicemails often went unanswered, and commitments for updates, schedules, and completion dates were repeatedly missed. I found myself spending significant time coordinating with subcontractors and managing aspects of the project that should have been handled by the contractor. Despite numerous assurances that schedules and plans would be provided, the promised follow-up communication frequently failed to occur. Even after sending a formal demand letter and requesting a resolution, progress remained minimal and I continued to struggle to obtain clear answers regarding completion of the work. Delays can happen on any construction project, but a lack of communication, missed commitments, and failure to provide reliable scheduling made this experience extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

She listens to my requests and follows through with what we talked about cleaning. What sets A+ Maintenance Group apart from the rest of the other cleaning companies is the time and energy put into each home. She didn't rush and didn't leave until everything was cleaned. Another plus - I work from home and she is very polite and I was able to take calls while she worked in different parts of the apartment. 10/10 couldn't recommend enough!!

This was a most disappointing experience. We engaged this company because they were listed on the…read moreTucker Home Services website which had always been a good source for us. The Tucker site showed that B Clean had won awards from them so we hired them to clean one floor of a new build house. This was a very expensive job but the owner, Bruce, assured me they were experienced with this and would do a good job. He came and looked at the house before he quoted his price, so he clearly understood the task at hand. The woman in the office was very polite and helpful in working us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. The people he sent were on time and very polite. They were hard workers but they overlooked some basic things, like the construction dirt in the window tracks (cleaning windows was an added charge we had paid) and they didn't clean parts of the floor. When the owner was questioned about this, he became very defensive and told us they weren't there to clean up the sub-contractors' mess. Well, I'm not sure why they were there to clean a new build if not to get rid of the mess that was there and that they saw before quoting a significant price to clean. The worst part of this experience was how rude the owner was. I was really surprised at the tone he used in an email he sent us. I appreciated he wanted to stand up for his employees. It was the approach he took which was very angry and way beyond what any reasonable person would expect. It told me everything I need to know about the B Clean company. We found another company to clean the rest of the house and reclean what we had paid B Clean to do. They did an incredible job. When that company came to see the property and provide a quote, they noticed (without us mentioning it) the dirt in the window tracks, surprised that it hadn't been done by the previous company. I didn't like having to waste our money with B Clean but maybe our experience will be helpful to you.
